The Your plan card shows the plan you have with your professional: the name, the state, the date your access lasts until or the date of the next renewal and, when there is something to do, the button for it. On the website, it is in Settings > Payments, in the Your plan section. In the app, it is in Settings, in the Financial group, under Payments. If you cannot find Settings, see Client settings: where to find each option.
Which plan the card shows
The card shows only one plan. If you have more than one, it shows the first one that exists, in this order.
- A plan your professional assigned to you that has not been paid yet.
- An active plan with an unpaid charge.
- Among the active plans that have not ended yet, the one that gives you access until the latest date.
- With no active plan, another unpaid plan, such as a renewal you did not complete or the plan from an invitation.
Under the card, other plans of yours with automatic payment and monthly fees you pay manually may appear. When the last day of a plan passes with nothing left to pay, the card stops showing it: it moves to another plan you have or disappears.
States
On the website, the state appears in a badge next to the plan name.
| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | The plan is in effect. |
| Awaiting payment | The plan has not been paid yet. If you paid outside the platform and marked it as paid, it stays this way until your professional confirms they received it. |
| Payment overdue | The plan is active, but it has an unpaid charge. Whether anything is paused while you do not pay, and what, depends on what your professional chose. |
To find out what is paused when a payment is overdue, see Payment overdue: what is paused and how to settle it.
Dates
Under the name, the card shows one of these dates.
| Text | When it appears |
|---|---|
| “Renews on” followed by the date | A plan that renews, with automatic payment or with a monthly fee you pay manually, and that will continue. The date is the day the next period starts. |
| “Access until” followed by the date | A pack, or a plan that no longer renews, for example because you cancelled it. The date is the last day the plan covers. |
| “Ends on” followed by the date | The same case as “Access until”, for a plan your professional set up not to take your access away when it ends. Also for a monthly fee you pay manually whose next period starts on the last day of your access or later: the date is the last paid day. |
| No date | The plan is awaiting payment or has an unpaid charge. |
A pack is a plan you pay for once that gives a number of days of access. On a pack that is already paid, the card also has a bar with the days that have already passed. When there are 7 days or fewer left until the last day, the bar turns amber and under it you see how much time is left: the number of days followed by “days left”, “Ends tomorrow” and, on the last day, “Ends today”.
Buttons
The card has at most one button to pay or to renew. Under it, there may be Cancel plan or Resume and, in the app, the Change plan row.
| Button | When it appears | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Pay followed by the amount | The plan is Awaiting payment and can be paid online. | Opens the Stripe payment page so you can pay for the plan. |
| Pay overdue | The plan has an unpaid charge, with the Payment overdue badge, and can be paid online. | Opens the Stripe payment for the unpaid charge. |
| None, only the sentence “Your professional confirms once they receive the payment.” | The plan is awaiting payment or has an unpaid charge, but cannot be paid online, for example because your professional does not take online payments. | Nothing. Pay them outside the platform and mark the payment as paid in the list of payments on the same page. |
| Renew | An Active pack that is still among the plans your professional lets you choose, when you have no other plan of theirs that renews. In the app, only when there are 7 days or fewer left until the end of the pack. | Pays for the same pack again. The new days start after the last day of the pack you have. If your professional does not take online payments, it sends them a request. |
| None, only the sentence “To renew, talk to your professional.” | In the app, when there are 7 days or fewer left until the end of a pack that cannot be renewed. | Nothing. Ask your professional for the renewal. |
| Cancel plan | A plan with automatic payment that you have not cancelled yet. It is at the bottom of the card, next to the plan amount. | Asks for confirmation and cancels the plan at the end of the paid period. You keep access until then. |
| Resume | A plan with automatic payment that you cancelled, while the paid period has not ended. Only while coaching with that professional is active. | Undoes the cancellation. Nothing is charged at that moment. |
| Change plan | Only in the app, in a row at the bottom of the card, when your professional lets you choose their plans, the plan on the card is not Awaiting payment and you have no plan of theirs that renews. | Opens Choose a plan, with your professional's plans. |
To pay, renew or change plans, see Pay, renew or change your professional's plan. To cancel or resume, see Cancel or resume your plan subscription. To let your professional know about a payment made outside the platform, see Mark a payment made outside the platform as paid.
In the app
- The Your plan title appears inside the card, over the plan name.
- There is no badge: a line with a colored dot shows the state. For a plan awaiting payment and for a plan with an unpaid charge, the line says “Unpaid”. For the others, it shows the date, as on the website.
- On the day before the last day of a pack, the countdown says “1 day left”.
- The card buttons, the sentences that replace them and the Change plan row are in the latest version of the app.
Questions
Why does it say Awaiting payment if I already paid?
If you paid outside the platform and marked it as paid, the plan stays Awaiting payment (in the app, “Unpaid”) until your professional confirms they received it. If you paid online, the confirmation from Stripe can take a few seconds. If you paid by Multibanco, it only changes after you pay the reference. See Fix payment problems: Pay now, confirmation and plan.
I chose a new plan and the card still shows the previous one
If you chose a plan with automatic payment while a plan you already paid for, such as a pack, still gives you access, the first charge of the new plan may fall on the day after that plan ends. Until then, the card shows the plan you already paid for, with its end date, because it is the one that gives you access until the latest date. The new plan appears under the card, and you can cancel it before the first charge. After the first charge, the card shows the new plan. This is not an error: see “The plan is active and you have not paid anything yet” in Fix payment problems: Pay now, confirmation and plan.
What happens when the plan ends?
The card stops showing the plan on the day after its last day, if it has nothing left to pay. If your access to the professional ended with it, see Access statuses: scheduled, ended and inactive.
