01How much does the software for personal trainers cost?
You can start on the Free plan, which does not expire. Your first paid subscription starts with 14 days free: you add a payment method up front and only pay when they end. Monthly and yearly prices are in the pricing table.
02Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There's no lock-in: you cancel your subscription whenever you want, straight from your account settings, and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
03Which payment methods can I use for the subscription?
Card, Amazon Pay or SEPA Direct Debit, through Stripe Checkout.
04How do I keep track of the payments my clients make me?
You log one-off or recurring payments by Multibanco, MB WAY, bank transfer or cash, and see what is overdue. On eligible plans you connect your Stripe account: your client pays online and, on monthly or yearly charges, can switch to automatic payment. The money goes to your Stripe account.
