A form that fits your method
In Customize, choose the sections and fields you use and add your own, for every client or just one. In a new assessment, the last values show as a reference and you can copy them all at once.
Compare assessments
Pick the initial and final assessment and see how each measure changed, with colours that follow your client's goals. Photos sit side by side or overlaid.
Your client views or fills in assessments
Set each client's access: No access, View only or View and fill. With View and fill, use Request assessment and your client is notified to fill it in the app, marked as theirs.
