Questions built your way
Text, number, choices, scale, stars, date, time or photos, required or not. With Show only if, a question appears only for a given answer to an earlier one. Preview it the way your client sees it and translate it into Portuguese and Spanish.
Sent by hand or on its own
Send it to the clients you pick, with a deadline and a reminder if it goes unanswered. With automatic sending, it goes out at the end of a workout, after a check-in, or on a date and time in each client's time zone. You can also share it by link, and anyone who has it can answer, no account needed.
Review every answer
Your clients' responses come together in Responses to review and on each client's profile. Mark one as reviewed, with a note if you like, and your client is notified in the app. In each questionnaire, filter the responses and export them to CSV.
