Complaints and dispute resolution

You can file a complaint in the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, or write to us at [email protected].

If you are a consumer, you can turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity: TRIAVE, the consumer arbitration centre for the Ave, Tâmega and Sousa region (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Ave, Tâmega e Sousa, www.triave.pt), which covers the area of our registered address in Amarante, or the consumer arbitration centre for your area of residence, listed on the Consumer Portal (Portal do Consumidor, www.consumidor.gov.pt).

Right of withdrawal (cancelling a purchase)

If you are a consumer and you buy a plan, a package or a course from a professional on MyFitnessClient, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase, without giving any reason, by notifying the professional through the contact details shown on the payment page. You may use the model below, but it is not mandatory. For courses, you lose this right when, at the time of purchase, you request immediate access and acknowledge that loss. The seller, and the one who makes the refund, is the professional (Terms, section 10).

Model withdrawal form (complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

Reports and single point of contact

Single point of contact for authorities and for users, under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act): [email protected]. You can write in Portuguese or English; messages are read and answered by people.

To report a directory profile, including the use of a professional title without the required qualification, use “Report profile” on the profile page, which opens a form. For other content that you consider illegal, or if you prefer, send an email with the subject “Report”, stating the address of the profile or content and the reason. What the report must contain and the full procedure are set out in section 14 of the Terms. If anyone is in danger, call 112.

Security

You can report security vulnerabilities to [email protected], with the subject “Security”. We ask that you do not disclose the flaw before we fix it.

Licences and attributions

Food and barcode search uses information from Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org), made available under the Open Database License (ODbL); the images are under a Creative Commons BY-SA licence and belong to the Open Food Facts contributors. Location search uses data © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the ODbL. YouTube videos are played through the YouTube API Services, subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (www.google.com/policies/privacy). The INSA library uses the Base de Dados da Composição de Alimentos of the Instituto Nacional de Saúde Doutor Ricardo Jorge, I. P. (INSA), version 7.1, 2026 (portfir.insa.min-saude.pt).
