Accessibility statement

MyFitnessClient wants its website and apps to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, magnification, keyboard navigation or larger text.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

Our commitment

We are committed to making MyFitnessClient accessible and to fixing the barriers we find or that are reported to us. This statement applies to the myfitnessclient.com website, the web application (including the installable/PWA version) and the MyFitnessClient apps for iOS and Android.

Standard

Our reference is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, together with the European standard EN 301 549, which applies them to websites and mobile apps.

Conformance status

MyFitnessClient is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA: most of the content meets the standard, but there are known limitations, described below.

Known limitations

These are the limitations we know of at the date of this statement:

  • In the Android app, PDF documents opened inside the app have no text that screen readers can read.
  • Course lesson videos do not have captions yet.
  • On phones, the app works in portrait orientation only.
  • On iPad, with a mouse or trackpad, the app's controls are not yet highlighted when the pointer moves over them.
  • In the app, text follows the system font size up to 2x for reading text and up to 1.35x for controls (buttons, tabs and fields), so that screens stay usable.

Report a problem

If you come across an accessibility barrier, or need content in another format, write to us at [email protected].

If you can, tell us the page or screen, the device and system, and the assistive technology you use (for example VoiceOver, TalkBack or NVDA). We reply through the same channel.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 29 September 2026, based on an internal assessment of the website and the apps, and will be updated as the limitations above are fixed.
