Interactive tutorial
Opens in the app and needs you to be signed in.
Settings bring together your account, your health questionnaire, your payments and your preferences. The web and the app have almost the same options, but group them differently, and some exist in only one of them. The tables follow the order on screen.
Where to open Settings
- On the web, on a computer, select your photo and your name at the bottom of the side menu, then Settings. Settings open on Profile. The same menu under your name also has Theme and Language.
- On the web, on a phone, open the menu with the button in the top-left corner and select Settings at the bottom of the menu.
- In the app, open the menu with the button in the top-left corner and select your name at the bottom of the menu, with Profile and settings underneath. On a tablet, the side menu is always visible.
On the web
On a computer, the groups sit in a column and the option you choose opens next to it. The address keeps the open option, for example /en/app/settings?tab=notifications. On a phone, a card with your photo, your name and your email comes first, then the groups; each option opens on its own screen, and the Settings button at the top takes you back to the menu. Selecting the photo on the card changes your profile photo.
| Group | Option | What you'll find |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Profile | Photo, name, email, phone and tax ID (NIF); My details (gender, date of birth, height and weight); password, two-factor authentication, sessions with access and Google account. With coaching (active, scheduled or already ended), also the Access period, the Plan and End coaching or Disconnect from your professional. |
| Health | Health questionnaire | Your health status and history. The number 1 next to the name means you have a health questionnaire to fill in. |
| Financial | Payments | Your history, what you still owe and your professional's plans. The number next to the name is the number of overdue payments. |
| Preferences | Language | The language of the application. |
| Preferences | Appearance | The theme: Light, Dark or System. |
| Preferences | Notifications | Email, push notifications in this browser and the types of notice, with reminders. |
| Preferences | Integrations | Google Calendar, where your professional's appointments start to appear. |
| Preferences | Download the app | How to get the app on your phone. |
| Help Center | Tutorials | Redo the guided tour and the tutorials. |
| Help Center | Help Center | These articles, on a page of their own, outside Settings. |
At the end of the menu is Log Out.
In the app
In the app, Settings start with your account card, followed by the groups. On a phone, each row shows the option's name, and Language and Appearance also show the chosen value; on a tablet, each row has a description.
| Group | Option | What you'll find |
|---|---|---|
| Account card | Photo, name and email | Opens Profile: photo, name, email, phone, tax ID (NIF), password, My details and Security & authentication (two-factor authentication, sessions with access and connected accounts). |
| Account card | Access period | Until when you have access, or when it renews. Read-only. |
| Account card | Plan | Your package and the day it ends, when that is not the day your access ends. Read-only. |
| Health | Health questionnaire | Your health status and history, with the number 1 when you have a health questionnaire to fill in. |
| Financial | Payments | Your history and what you still owe, with the number of overdue payments. |
| Financial | Plans | Your professional's plans. |
| Preferences | Language | The app language. |
| Preferences | Appearance | The theme (Light, Dark or System) and the text size. |
| Preferences | Notifications | Push notifications on this phone and the types of notice, with reminders. Email is not chosen in the app. |
| Preferences | Integrations | Google Calendar. |
| Preferences | Privacy | Share errors and performance, on this phone, and the Privacy Policy. |
| Preferences | Offline use | The content saved on your phone and the space limits. |
| Other | Tutorials | The guided tour and the app tutorials. |
| Other | Help Centre | These articles, inside the app. |
| Other | Support | Your support requests, such as the reply about a message you reported in the chat. |
| Other | Legal & privacy | Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Cookie Policy, Accessibility and Complaints Book. |
| Account | End coaching | Ends the coaching with your professional. Only appears while the coaching is active or scheduled. |
| Account | Disconnect from your professional | Takes you off your professional's list. Appears instead of End coaching when the coaching has already ended. |
| Account | Delete account | Deletes your account and erases your personal data. |
At the bottom of the screen is the Sign out button. If you have records saved only on this phone, the app first asks “Sign out with unsent records?”: Cancel lets you sync first and Sign out and delete signs you out and deletes those records.
The table describes the latest version of the app; an earlier version may be missing a row.
What differs between the web and the app
- Only in the app: Plans on a row of its own (on the web, plans are inside Payments), the text size in Appearance, Privacy, Offline use, Support, Legal & privacy and Delete account.
- Only on the web: Download the app and the email choice in Notifications.
- In different places: the Access period, the Plan, End coaching and Disconnect from your professional are inside Profile on the web and on the main Settings screen in the app.
- In the same place: the password, two-factor authentication, sessions with access and the Google account are in Profile, on the web and in the app.
Options that depend on your professional
- Without active coaching (no professional yet, waiting for the coaching to start or after it ends), Health questionnaire leaves the web and the app. Payments stays while you have payments due and, in the app, Plans stays with it. Tutorials leave the web and stay in the app. Profile, Preferences and help always stay.
- The Access period shows until when you have access and stops appearing after you disconnect from your professional. The Plan only appears with active access and when your package ends on a different day from the end of your access.
- End coaching appears while the coaching is active or scheduled; Disconnect from your professional appears when the coaching has already ended.
Articles for each option
- Profile: Change your profile name and photo, Change your account email, Update your phone, tax ID and personal details, Change or set your account password, Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA), View and end the open sessions on your account and Link or remove your Google account in Settings.
- Language and Appearance: Change your account language, Change the theme: light, dark or system mode and, in the app, Change the text size in the app.
- Notifications: Client notification types: what they tell you and where they lead and Not receiving notifications on your phone or in the browser.
- Payments: View your payments, filter them and export them to CSV.
- Tutorials and Help Center: Interactive tutorials for clients: list by chapter and Find an answer in the Help Center.
- Access period, End coaching and Disconnect from your professional: Access statuses: scheduled, ended and inactive and End coaching or disconnect from your professional.
- Delete account and Sign out: Delete your client account and Sign in and sign out.
Questions
Where do I change the language or the theme?
In Language and in Appearance, in the Preferences group, on the web and in the app. On a computer, also in the menu under your name, at the bottom of the side menu.
Where do I turn on two-factor authentication?
In Profile, in the Security & authentication section, on the web and in the app.
Why don't I see Payments or Health questionnaire?
These options appear when you have active coaching. Before it starts, after it ends or without a professional, Health questionnaire does not appear and Payments only stays while you have payments due. See “You don't have a professional yet”: what to do.
Where do I delete my account?
In the app, in the Account group, under Delete account. Web Settings do not have this option: if you only use the website, ask for deletion by email, from your account's address, with the subject “Delete account”. See Delete your client account.
