Interactive tutorials are guided tours over the real screen: each step shows a box with an explanation and, when it can, highlights the part of the screen it talks about. On the web there are 27 tutorials in 11 chapters (26 without the Marketplace), and in the app there are 25, also in 11 chapters. Your progress is saved to your account.
Where the list is
- On the web, open Settings and, in the Help Center group, select Tutorials. This option only appears when you have a linked professional.
- In the app, open Settings and, in the Other group, select Tutorials. This option always appears.
The chapters appear in the order of this article. Continue opens the first tutorial you have not done yet. The play button next to each chapter (Start chapter) runs that chapter's tutorials one after another. To open just one tutorial, select its name. Tutorials by chapter
Each table gives the name of the tutorial as it appears in the list, the key, the page where the tutorial starts and the number of steps. When the web and the app have different numbers, the table gives both. On the web, a step about a part of the screen you do not have yet is skipped, except the last one.
On the web, the key opens the tutorial from the address while you are signed in: add ?tour= and the key to the address of a page in your client area, for example /en/app?tour=trainee-habits-today. A chapter key runs that chapter's tutorials one after another. A key that does not exist opens nothing.

Supplements, Questionnaires, Materials and Assessments have no tutorial of their own, on the web or in the app. On the web, “Fill forms” explains how to answer the forms your professional sends you, such as questionnaires.
What changes in the app
- Only the web has “Fill forms” and “Professionals marketplace”. The app does not have the Find a professional page.
- Two chapters have different names: “Health questionnaire and forms” is called “Health questionnaire” and “Professionals, courses and alerts” is called “Courses and notifications”.
- Seven tutorials have a different number of steps in the app, and “Your profile” starts on a different page. The tables give both values.
- In the app, the key does not open tutorials and no page offers its tutorial by itself. Tutorials open from the list or from the Open interactive tutorial button in a help article.
- In the app, besides the X, the Android back button and the VoiceOver escape gesture also close the tutorial, without marking it as completed. The “Welcome” tour is the exception, on the web and in the app: closing it counts as done.
Tutorials the web offers by itself
On the web, when you open one of these pages, the Page tutorial card may appear at the bottom of the screen, with Show me, Not now and Don't show again. The card closes by itself after 14 seconds.

- No page offers the other tutorials, such as “Do a workout” and “Finish and share”: open them from the list.
- The card only appears after you complete or close the “Welcome” tour. It never appears for a tutorial you have already completed, opened and closed halfway through, or dismissed with Don't show again. This is saved to your account.
- After Not now, the X or the 14 seconds, the card comes back in a later browser session.
- It takes turns with the prompts to turn on notifications and to install the app: nothing appears in the first minute after you open MyFitnessClient and, in each browser session, at most one of these prompts appears.
- The app does not have this card.
Questions
Why can't I see Tutorials in Settings?
On the web, the option only appears when you have a linked professional. First accept your professional's invitation: see Accept or decline your professional's invitation. In the app, the option is always in Settings, in the Other group.
Why do the web and the app show different totals?
The web has two tutorials the app does not have: “Fill forms” and “Professionals marketplace”. Progress is the same on both, because it is saved to your account: a tutorial completed in the app is completed on the web. The two web-only tutorials count only on the web, and Mark all as completed in the app does not mark them. With the app's 25 completed, the web shows “25/27 completed”, or “25/26 completed” without the Marketplace.
