Overview

The Courses area has two tabs: My courses, with courses you can already access, and Discover, with courses your professionals made available to you.

Get access

The courses you can access are made available by your professionals. Under Discover, open a course to review its presentation and curriculum. Once you have access, it appears in My courses, under In progress or Completed.

Take a course

  1. Open the course and go into a lesson.
  2. View the content (video, text, workout, files; you can use Download file when there are attachments).
  3. At the end of the lesson, tap Complete lesson. You'll see Lesson completed!
  4. Use Next lesson to continue or Back to course for the list.
Some lessons may be a Rest day, which is part of the course plan. Your progress is saved as you complete lessons.
