Access your courses

Overview

The Courses area in the menu holds the courses you can already access.

Get access

The courses you can access are made available by your professionals. Once you have access, the course appears in Courses. You can filter the list by In progress or Completed.

Take a course

1. Open the course and go into a lesson.
2. View the content (video, text, workout, files); to open a file, tap it.
3. At the end of the lesson, tap Mark as completed (in the app, Mark as complete). If the lesson has required checklist items, check them first.
4. On the web version, the next lesson you haven't completed opens on its own; on a lesson you already completed, use Next lesson. In the app, you see Lesson completed and continue with Next lesson or, on the last lesson, with Back to course.
