Sections you reuse
Warm-up, strength, cool-down: give it any name you like, save the section and insert it into other workouts. The workout you assign is a copy, so editing it never changes the original.
Your client logs every set
In the app, on iPhone, Android or in the browser, your client watches the video, checks off each set, logs the loads and follows the rest timer. When they hit a record the app flags it, and you see it all in their history.
Programs that fit each client
Pick the mode that makes sense: flexible, sequential, weekly or calendar. Assign a program to several clients at once and make a personal copy when one of them needs changes.

Frequently asked questions
How many exercises does the library have, and do they have video?
Over 5,600, with muscles and equipment, many with a demo video. You can also create your own, with an uploaded video (Basic or Pro), a Vimeo link (on every plan) or a YouTube link outside paid content.
Can my client train offline?
In the iPhone and Android apps, yes: the workout is saved on the phone and sends when the connection is back. In the browser, finishing the workout needs a connection.
Is there automatic load progression, EMOM, Tabata or 1RM percentages?
No. There are supersets, circuits by rounds, AMRAP and For Time, cluster sets, rep ranges and last time's loads in view on every set. Loads are shown in kg or lb, as each person chooses in Settings › Units.
Can my client change the workout I give them?
By default they can swap, add and remove exercises and do free workouts, and you see what changed compared with what you prescribed. With restricted mode on for that client, they follow the workout as you prescribed it and the server refuses changes.
Can I coach several clients at once in the gym?
Yes. In the web dashboard you open each client's workout and switch between them in a bar at the bottom, with each one's clock and rest, up to 20 workouts at a time.
Can I build workouts on my phone?
Yes, in the web dashboard, which works in your phone's browser. The App Store and Google Play apps are for clients only.
