Meal plans your clients can actually follow.
The nutritionist (you, if you are one, or the one on your team) builds the plan with foods from the catalog, sets calories and macros, and gives every food and meal an alternative. Your client logs what they eat in the app, and you follow every day. On Basic and Pro.

Alternatives that respect the macros
Pick the substitutes for each food or use the app's suggestions, from the same category and with the quantity already worked out. Each meal can have full options, and the meals you save go into other plans.
Your client logs the day in the app
They check off the meals they ate, swap foods for the alternatives and adjust quantities, with the day's calories and macros always in view.
Follow your client day by day
In the client's profile you see what they logged each day and their calories and macros against the goal, with a chart of the history. If you need to, block anything outside the plan.

Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes nutrition?
Meal plans are on Basic and Pro. On the Free plan your clients log what they eat against their own target, but you don't build plans.
Which food databases are there?
The MyFitnessClient catalog, with over 1,000 foods in eight languages, the Portuguese INSA table, with 1,376 foods, Open Food Facts search with barcode scanning, and the foods you create.
Can I set different targets on training and rest days?
Yes. In weekly plans you give a weekday its own targets, and in calendar plans a week or a single day.
Can my client log offline?
In the iPhone and Android apps, yes: they see the plan and log meals with no connection, and everything sends when the connection is back. The browser needs a connection.
Is there water tracking?
Not in nutrition. For water, use a habit with a goal in liters, in the Habits module.
Does my client have the plan PDF on their phone?
In the browser they download the PDF of the plan and the shopping list. In the phone app they share them as text.
