Home and coaching access

The Home screen, your coaching status and what to do when a section is missing, a payment is overdue, you want to end coaching or you have no professional.

The Home screen: what appears and when it changes

MyFitnessClient's Home brings your day together on one screen: today's workout, habits, meal plan and your professional. It changes with your plan and access.

Access statuses: scheduled, ended and inactive

In MyFitnessClient, your access to your professional can be active, scheduled, ended or inactive. See what Home shows in each one and what stays open.

End coaching or disconnect from your professional

End coaching or disconnect from your professional in MyFitnessClient Settings, and see what happens to sessions, monthly payments and what you owe.

“You don't have a professional yet”: what to do

When Home in MyFitnessClient says you don't have a professional yet, see how to open an invitation, request coaching or track your request.

“Not in your plan”: a section of the app has disappeared

If MyFitnessClient says “Not in your plan” or a section is missing from the menu, your plan does not include it. See what to do and what always stays open.

Payment overdue: what is paused and how to settle it

With an overdue payment, MyFitnessClient can pause check-ins and questionnaires. See what stays open and how to settle the payment.
