This page does not exist

For clientsAppUpdated on

In the MyFitnessClient app, “This page does not exist” appears when the app opens an unknown link. See how to return to Home and open an invitation.

The screen shows “This page does not exist”, the sentence “The link may be incomplete or no longer available.” and the Go to home button. It is not a problem with your account: this screen does not delete or change anything.

When it happens

The app was opened at an address it does not know: a link to the app that arrived incomplete, or a link to a screen that the installed version does not have or that was renamed.

How to fix it

To get back into the app, follow these steps.

  1. Tap Go to home. If you are signed in, the app opens Home; if not, it opens the first screen of the app, where you sign in.
  2. Open the section you were looking for from the menu or the tabs.

You land in the section you chose, with your data unchanged.

The links you receive by email or message are website addresses and open in your phone's browser, even with the app installed: your professional's invitation, the email verification link and the new password link. In the app, each one has its own path.

Common problems

It appears in Paste link when the pasted text is not a complete invitation link. Copy the full link from the message or email again, paste it into the Invitation link field and tap Open invitation. For the other invitation messages, see Invitation not working: expired, already used or for another email.

Both buttons are on the You don't have a professional yet card, and Home does not show it in these cases.

  • You have an invitation waiting for a reply: reply to it on the invitation card, on Home.
  • You sent a request to a professional and have not had a reply yet: to use the invitation, tap Cancel request.
  • You already have a professional, or Home shows coaching that is scheduled, ended or inactive: to accept another professional's invitation, you first have to disconnect. See End coaching or disconnect from your professional.

If this did not solve it

Write to app support at the email address on the Didn't find what you're looking for? card, in Profile and settings > Help Centre. Include where the link came from (email, message or another app), what you wanted to open and your phone model.
