Overview

You can make a Voice call or a Video call with your professional from the conversation, in the web version of the app (in the browser or installed on your home screen).

How to call

Open the conversation with your professional in the web version.
At the top, tap the phone icon (voice) or the camera icon (video).
During the call you can mute the mic or turn off the camera.

The iPhone and Android apps can't make or answer calls. If your professional calls and you don't have the web version open, you get a missed call notification. On your first call, allow access to the microphone and camera when your browser asks.
