Deactivate or dissociate?
Deactivate is a reversible pause: the client no longer appears as active and temporarily loses access to your coaching, but the relationship and data are kept. You can reactivate them later, provided they remain eligible.
Dissociate permanently ends the relationship. The client keeps their own account and is free to connect with another professional, but data specific to your relationship is cleaned up.
How to dissociate
- Open Clients and select the client.
- On the client page, choose Dissociate.
- Confirm the action.
What is kept
- The workout session history.
- Physical assessments (photos are removed, the data stays).
- The financial history. Pending, overdue, or awaiting-confirmation amounts are cancelled, not deleted.
- The client's account.
What is removed
- Assigned workouts and plans, and enrollment in your programs.
- The chat conversations between you and their associated files.
- Nutrition logs, the anamnesis, and the habits tied to you.
- Assessment photos and client-specific Materials folders; files not shared elsewhere may also be removed.
