Deactivate or dissociate?

Deactivate is a reversible pause: the client no longer appears as active and temporarily loses access to your coaching, but the relationship and data are kept. You can reactivate them later, provided they remain eligible. In the client list, this action is called Archive.

Dissociate permanently ends the relationship. A client with an account keeps it and is free to connect with another professional, but data specific to your relationship is cleaned up. A client you created who doesn't have an app account yet stops existing on the platform: the name, phone number and other details on their record are deleted. The workout session history, the assessments (without photos) and the payments are kept, as for a client with an account.

How to dissociate

  1. Open Clients and select the client.
  2. On the client page, click Settings at the top and, under Client management, choose Dissociate.
  3. Type CONFIRM and click Dissociate.

What is kept

  • The workout session history.
  • Physical assessments (photos are removed, the data stays).
  • The financial history. Pending, overdue, or awaiting-confirmation amounts are canceled, not deleted.
  • The answers to your questionnaires, without the client's name.
  • The courses the client paid for, while the payment is still valid.
  • The client's account, if they have one.

What is removed

  • Assigned workouts and plans, and enrollment in your programs.
  • The chat conversations between you and their associated files.
  • Nutrition logs, the health questionnaire, and the habits tied to you.
  • Assessment photos and client-specific Materials folders; files not shared elsewhere may also be removed.
  • The enrollments you gave in your courses.
  • Membership of your chat groups.
  • The client's automatic payments: the subscription stops renewing and ends at the end of the period already paid.
Dissociation isn't reversed automatically. To work with the client again, send them a new invite. If they had no account, create them again.
