Overview
From a conversation, you can start a Voice call or a Video call with the client, without leaving the platform.
How to call
- Open the conversation with the client.
- At the top, tap the phone icon (voice) or the camera icon (video).
- During the call you can mute the mic, turn off the camera, or switch cameras.
In group conversations, you can run group calls with several participants.
For the camera and mic to work, the browser must have access permission. Both you and the client can start the call in the web version. The client's iPhone and Android apps can't make or answer calls: if the client doesn't have the web version open, the call doesn't ring and they get a missed call notification.
