Overview
Chat is your direct channel with each client. Type in the Write a message… field and send without leaving the platform.
Attachments and content
- Gallery: photos and videos.
- File: any type except executables, up to 2 GB per file, within your plan's storage.
- GIF and, when included in your workspace plan, Audio.
- Materials: in a direct conversation, choose a file already stored in that client's folders and add a caption if you wish.
- Share Workout and Share Assessment: send this content directly in the conversation.
If your plan does not include audio messages, the microphone is unavailable. Text messages and other attachments keep working normally.
Groups, broadcast messages, and scheduling
- Create Group: bring several clients into a shared conversation.
- Broadcast Message: send the same text, image, video, or file to selected clients; each receives it in their own direct conversation.
- Scheduled messages: send to all or selected clients, once or on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly recurrence. You can view active, paused, and historical items, and pause, resume, edit, or cancel them.
Organize the conversation
On each message you can Reply, React, Pin message, Forward, edit, or delete. Pinned messages stay in the Pinned messages panel.

From the conversation you can also make a voice or video call.
