Overview
Chat is your direct channel with each client. Write in the Type a message… field and send without leaving the platform.
Attachments and content
- Gallery: photos and videos.
- File: any type except executables, up to 2 GB per file, within your plan's storage.
- GIF.
- Share material: in a direct conversation, choose a file already stored in that client's folders and add a caption if you wish.
- Share workout and Share Assessment: in a direct conversation, send this content straight to the client.
To record a voice message, leave the field empty and click the microphone button to the right of the field.
On a computer, the emoji button next to + inserts the emoji at the cursor and stays open so you can pick several in a row.
Gallery and File need file storage, which the free plan does not include. If your workspace plan does not include audio messages, the microphone button is still shown, but it opens the plan upgrade offer instead of recording. Text messages and GIFs work on every plan.
Groups, broadcast messages, and scheduling
- Create Group: bring several clients into a shared conversation.
- Broadcast Message: send the same text, image, video, or file to selected clients; each receives it in their own direct conversation.
- Scheduled messages: send to all or selected clients, once or on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly recurrence. You can view active, paused, and historical items, and pause, resume, edit, or cancel them.
Organize the conversation
On each message you can Reply, React, Pin message, and Forward. You can also edit your own text messages and delete your own messages or the attachments the client sent. Pinned messages stay in the Pinned messages panel.
Talk live
From the conversation you can also make a voice or video call.
