Overview

In Materials you store your files and organize them in folders you can share with your clients. There are My folders, which you create, and System folders, read-only, where the Students folder holds one folder per client.

Steps

  1. In Materials, click New folder and give it a name.
  2. Inside the folder, use Upload and choose Files or Folder. Each file can be up to 2 GB, except executables, and counts toward your plan's storage.
  3. In the folder's menu, choose Share, pick the clients or the tags, and use Save sharing.
A folder stays private until you share it. If it holds check-in photos, sharing is blocked until you remove them.

Pages

Under Upload you also have New page: a document you write in the platform itself, with headings, lists, tables, images, callout boxes, and blocks that open and close. You can use Add cover or icon to personalize it.

What the client sees

In the app, under Materials, the client sees the folders shared with them, opens and downloads the files, and reads the pages. On the client page, the Materials tab gathers everything linked to that client, including chat files and check-in photos.
