Overview
The marketplace is where prospective clients look for professionals. To appear, the feature must be available on the platform and your account must be active, with the profile set to Public.
Steps
- Complete your microsite (photo, bio, specialties, services).
- In Settings → Marketplace, set the profile to Public.
- In Appearance, keep Accepting clients on to receive requests.
From then on, anyone can find you and send a request, which you receive in the Requests tab.
If you turn off Accepting clients, you stay in the marketplace but stop getting new requests. Your current clients stay.
