Appear in the marketplace

Overview

The marketplace is where prospective clients look for professionals. To appear, the feature must be available on the platform and your account must be active, with the profile set to Public. Your plan must include the marketplace (Basic or Pro). Viewing a published profile needs no plan and no account.

Steps

1. Complete your microsite with what is required to publish: username, profession, tagline, About you, location, how you work, specialties and, if you are a nutritionist or dietitian, your license number.
2. In Settings → Marketplace, click Publish and confirm the declaration. The profile status changes to Public. A published profile is open on the internet: search engines and AI services can read it, keep copies and use it to train models. Make private stops showing it on MyFitnessClient, but does not delete the copies those services have already kept.
3. In the Details tab, keep Accepting clients on to receive requests.

From then on, anyone can find and contact you: people with a client account send a request and people without one leave a message. You receive both in the Requests tab.
