Overview
In Settings → Payments you can see your history and pending or overdue payments with your professional.
Pay online
If your professional's plan and payment account have this option active, open an eligible payment and use Pay now. Checkout only shows the methods available for that payment, which can vary.
Confirm an external payment
If you paid by cash, bank transfer, or another method agreed outside the platform, use Mark as paid. The payment remains awaiting confirmation until your professional confirms it.
If Pay now does not appear, online payment is not available for that record. You can continue using the external method agreed with your professional.
