Overview
In Settings, under Profile, you can update your name and phone.
What about health data?
Health information (height, history, goals) is part of the Anamnesis, in the Health section of settings. That's where you keep it up to date for your professional.
In Appearance you choose the light or dark theme, and in Language you change the app's language.
