Overview
As you do a workout, you log each set so your professional can track your progress, and so you can see your own progress over time.
Steps
- In the list, tap Start next to the workout. If you open the workout first to look at it, tap Start Workout.
- For each exercise, fill in every set: the weight and reps (or the duration and distance, depending on the exercise type). Then tap the row's checkmark to mark the set as done.
- When you mark a set, the rest timer starts on its own and tells you when the rest is over.
- At the end, tap Finish (in simple mode, Finish Workout). You need at least one set marked as done.
- On the website, the confirmation has a Date field with the day you started the workout. If you trained on another day, tap it and pick the day, up to 30 days back.
- Confirm to save the session.
Each set has a type (Normal, Warm-up, Feeder Set, To Failure, Drop Set, Back-off Set, or Cluster Set), prescribed by your professional, including Cluster Set blocks. During the workout, tap a set's number to change its type and log what you did.
On the website, a note your professional left on a section shows under the section's name during the workout, read-only.
