Overview

Habits are the small routines your professional set for you: drinking water, sleep, steps and so on. You see today's on the Today's Habits card, on the home screen, and on the Habits page. The page only shows the habits that count for today: a habit that is paused, outside its set dates or not scheduled for today is not in the list.

Log a habit

  1. Open Habits.
  2. On the website, pick the day in the strip under the title: today or one of the 7 days before it. The arrows change the week and Today takes you back to today.
  3. Tap the circle to mark the habit as complete, or the pencil to log the value you did (for example, the water you drank). Every habit has a goal with a value and a unit. On an earlier day, the log window shows that day's date.
  4. The count of completed habits updates as you log.

Streak and history

Next to each habit's name, a flame with a number shows its current streak once you have one. Open History (on a phone, the chart icon) to review the month:

  • a summary of scheduled and completed goals;
  • a calendar where each day shows whether you completed all, some, or none of the scheduled habits;
  • details for the selected day and performance by habit, with progress and current streak.
Log the habit at the same time each day: tying it to something you already do (after coffee, before bed) helps you not miss it.

Create your own habits

Besides the habits your professional assigns, you can create your own. In Habits, tap Create habit (on a phone, the + button), give it a name, a category, a goal (for example, 2 liters of water) and a frequency, and pick a reminder if you want one. Log it like any other habit.

In Manage my habits (in the app, My habits) you can edit, pause or delete the habits you created. Pausing hides the habit from today's list without deleting its logs; deleting removes the habit and its history. Your professional can see these habits and your logs, but only you can change them.
