Overview

A check-in records a snapshot of where you are now. The more regular it is, the better your professional can track your evolution, and the better you see your own results over time.

Steps

In Progress (or via the home-screen shortcut), tap Check-in.
Answer your professional's check-in questions, for example your weight, measurements, or photos. In the web version, a single or multiple choice question may end with an Other option: choose it and type your answer in the field that opens. If the question is required, the field can't be left empty.
Tap Save.

The check-in is a questionnaire from your professional: the questions are the ones they chose. Their account already comes with a check-in, so the button is there without them setting anything up. If you don't see it, talk to your professional. The photos are visible to your professional and to the team members they give access to.
