Overview
Each client can have their own rules: how they see workouts, what they can change, whether they see assessments, and how many messages they can send. You also set the period in which they have access to the app.
Steps
- Open the client page and click Settings, at the top.
- In Client settings, adjust what you need. Each option applies to this client only.
What you can set
- Simple mode: shows workouts one exercise at a time.
- Restricted mode (workouts): the client follows the prescribed workout, without swapping, adding, or removing exercises or creating free workouts.
- Restricted mode (nutrition): the client can't add meals or foods outside the assigned meal plan.
- Client access to assessments: No access, View only, or View and fill out.
- Client messages: Unlimited, Daily limit (1 to 100 per day), or Professional only, where the client reads the conversation but can't reply.
- Birthday: Remind me of their birthday and an Automatic message of congratulations, if the client has a date of birth.
- Mute this client: you stop getting notified when they finish workouts or log progress.
- Check-in reminders: Auto, Always, or Never.
- Calendar notices: tells the client when you book, move or delete one of their events and reminds them before it starts. It comes switched on.
Access period
In the Overview tab, under Access period, you choose the start date and, if you like, the end date. If the client has a paid plan, the end date can change on its own with the payments: see Access end date and the client's paid plans. A week before the end, both you and the client get a notice, except when an up-to-date monthly plan is going to renew the access. When access ends, the client's charges stop.
