TrueCoach charges in US dollars by tiers of 5, 20 and 50 active clients and publishes no price above 50. TrueCoach's client payments are for coaches with a bank account in four countries, with a 5% fee per credit card transaction that TrueCoach's help center gives as Stripe's pricing.

TrueCoach's Pro plan costs 164.98 USD per month for up to 50 active clients, and for 100 clients TrueCoach publishes no price; its pricing page says nothing about taxes, and its Terms of Service say "Subscription Fees do not include taxes".1, 9

TrueCoach pricing per month

MyFitnessClient has one fixed price: Basic costs €29.99 per month (any VAT charged is included), for unlimited active clients, with meal plans and client payments in the price. Pro costs €49.99 per month. TrueCoach charges in US dollars by tiers of 5, 20 and 50 active clients. Above 50 clients, TrueCoach's pricing page asks you to email support. With workouts only, MyFitnessClient costs less than TrueCoach with 1 active client, on MyFitnessClient's Free plan, and from 6 to 50 active clients; above 50, TrueCoach does not publish a price.

TrueCoach publishes its prices in US dollars. By default, the pricing page shows the annual-billing price per month (26.34, 57.99 and 136.99 USD), labeled "1 month free" or "2 months free", which is the discount for annual billing over monthly billing, not a promotion with an end date. The figures on this page are for monthly billing: 29.98 USD per month for up to 5 active clients, 69.98 USD for up to 20 and 164.98 USD for up to 50.1
The TrueCoach pricing page says "All prices are in USD" and nothing about taxes. TrueCoach's Terms of Service say "Subscription Fees do not include taxes", value-added tax among them, so what is added depends on your country. MyFitnessClient's checkout shows the final amount before you pay.1, 9
Above 50 active clients TrueCoach publishes no price: the pricing page asks you to email support. The table and the chart therefore stop at 50 clients on its side; MyFitnessClient's price is the same at 100.1
The TrueCoach tiers count active clients. The help center says that archived clients do not count toward the client count for billing.10
This page compares the cost of workouts only, because none of the TrueCoach pages that were read lists a meal plan builder with a food database. TrueCoach's site advertises uploading meal plans, setting calorie goals and syncing with MyFitnessPal (see the "Meal plans" row in the table below). On MyFitnessClient, meal plans are included in the Basic plan at the same price.1, 2
In MyFitnessClient, client payments are included in Basic and Pro and run through your own Stripe account, with no commission taken by MyFitnessClient; you pay Stripe's fees. TrueCoach's pricing page lists "Free Automated Payments" on every plan. TrueCoach's help center says these payments are only available to coaches with a bank account in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia or Canada, with a 5% fee per credit card transaction, which it gives as Stripe's pricing.1, 5
Prices in another currency were converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 9 October 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1206 USD) and rounded to the euro. What you pay depends on your bank's exchange rate on the day.11, 12
MyFitnessClient's costs in this section are on monthly billing; billed yearly, Basic costs €299.90 per year and Pro €500.00 per year. MyFitnessClient's prices are in euros; any VAT charged is already included, and the checkout shows the final amount before you pay. If your currency is not the euro, checkout may show the price in your currency at Stripe's exchange rate, which includes a conversion fee of 2 to 4%; if you pay in euros instead, your bank or card sets any conversion. The other brands' prices appear as each one publishes them, with what its own pricing page says about taxes. Other brands' prices and features are those on the day each source was read and may have changed since; check the brand's own page before you decide.13 When a brand's pricing page does not say whether taxes are included, the sentences about cost treat its price as if it already included 27% VAT, the highest rate in the European Union. This way, they only say MyFitnessClient costs less where it does with or without VAT. That is why the number of clients in a sentence can be higher than the table shows, or the sentence may not appear at all.

Payments run through your own Stripe account, which you can open in one of 43 countries, with no commission from MyFitnessClient and only Stripe's fees to pay. How much does MyFitnessClient cost?

You can pay in euros instead: that fee then does not apply, but your bank or card issuer may convert at its own rate and charge fees. The Free plan has no time limit, needs no card and takes 1 client. Can I move from TrueCoach to MyFitnessClient?

Yes: clients come into MyFitnessClient from a CSV, TSV or TXT file, with first name, last name, email and phone, on any plan, up to your plan's client limit (1 client on the Free plan), and you see duplicates and errors before importing. The import sends no email to anyone. You prepare workouts in your own time, and you invite each client to the app when you choose, by email, link or QR code, from their profile. Once a client accepts, they get everything already in their profile: workouts, meal plans, assessments and payments. The MyFitnessClient team migrates your workouts, your plans and, where your previous platform makes it available, your history for you, at no cost on Basic and Pro, including during the free trial: write to support@myfitnessclient.com. TrueCoach's help center says the client list exports to a CSV file with name, email and other fields, archived clients included, and that a client's workouts export to a text file sent by email. Before you cancel your TrueCoach account, save the client list and the workouts you want to keep.29, 30

Your first paid subscription starts with a 14-day free trial and asks for a payment method: at the end of the trial you are charged for the plan and billing you chose, unless you cancel before then.
