Pro costs €49.99 per month. MyFitnessClient's Free plan takes 1 client, with no time limit and no card. Everfit charges its paid plans by client tier in US dollars, from 19 USD per month on Pro 5 to 290 USD on Pro 300 and 430 USD on Studio 500. Everfit sells client payments and the meal plan generator as add-ons. Everfit also has a free Starter plan for up to 5 clients, with no time limit.   • Everfit publishes its prices in US dollars. The pricing page does not say whether taxes are included; the terms of service say the customer pays the taxes, including value-added tax, and any currency conversion charges. The figures on this page are the monthly billing prices; annual billing is listed at 16% less.1, 9
  • The Pro plans, from 5 to 300 clients, cost 19 to 290 USD per month; the Studio plans, from 50 to 500 clients, 105 to 430 USD per month. The tiers are fixed: with more clients than the tier allows, the move to the next tier is made manually. Archiving a client removes them from the count.1, 10, 11
  • The Pro and Studio plans include Basic Meal Plans (meal plans per client with macro goals) and up to 20 custom recipes, so under "Workouts and meal plans" nothing is added to the Everfit plan price from Pro. The Meal Plans & Recipe Books add-on, 39 USD per month billed monthly, adds the meal plan generator, templates, weekly repeats, unlimited recipes and meal swaps by the client; Everfit lists it as available on any paid plan. It is not added to these figures: with it, the Everfit column is 39 USD per month higher. On MyFitnessClient, plans that repeat every week, the same plan assigned to several clients, food swaps and the client's choice between a meal's options are included in the Basic and Pro prices. The pricing page lists no meal plans on Starter.1, 2, 3, 12
  • Taking client payments inside Everfit requires the Payments & Packages add-on, 9 USD per month, plus processing fees. An Everfit help center article of 15 July 2026 lists 17 countries where payments are available, among them the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Germany, France and Spain, and says other countries are coming.   • Prices in another currency were converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 9 October 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1206 USD) and rounded to the euro. What you pay depends on your bank's exchange rate on the day.13, 14
  • MyFitnessClient's costs in this section are on monthly billing; billed yearly, Basic costs €299.90 per year and Pro €500.00 per year. MyFitnessClient's prices are in euros; any VAT charged is already included, and the checkout shows the final amount before you pay. If your currency is not the euro, checkout may show the price in your currency at Stripe's exchange rate, which includes a conversion fee of 2 to 4%; if you pay in euros instead, your bank or card sets any conversion. The other brands' prices appear as each one publishes them, with what its own pricing page says about taxes. Other brands' prices and features are those on the day each source was read and may have changed since; check the brand's own page before you decide.15 When a brand's pricing page does not say whether taxes are included, the sentences about cost treat its price as if it already included 27% VAT, the highest rate in the European Union. This way, they only say MyFitnessClient costs less where it does with or without VAT. That is why the number of clients in a sentence can be higher than the table shows, or the sentence may not appear at all.

Who MyFitnessClient is for

MyFitnessClient is for a personal trainer or nutritionist who wants to know what the platform costs before the client list grows: one price, the same at 10, 50 or 100 active clients. From the Basic plan, that price includes meal plans, questionnaires, body assessments, habits, supplements, chat, video calls and client payments, none of them sold as an add-on. Client payments run through your own Stripe account, which you can open in one of 43 countries, with no commission from MyFitnessClient. The dashboard and the client app are in the same six languages for the coach and for the client: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese (Portugal) and Portuguese (Brazil). Your name, logo and colors are inside the client app on every plan, Free included. MyFitnessClient is operated from Portugal, in the European Union, with support in English and Portuguese.

How much does MyFitnessClient cost?

MyFitnessClient costs €29.99 per month on the Basic plan and €49.99 per month on the Pro plan (any VAT charged is included), both with unlimited active clients; billed yearly, €299.90 and €500.00, all in euros. At the European Central Bank rate of 9 October 2026, Basic's monthly price comes to 33.61 USD or 25.43 GBP, rounded up to the cent. If your currency is not the euro, checkout may show the price in your currency at Stripe's exchange rate, which includes a conversion fee of 2 to 4%. You can pay in euros instead: that fee then does not apply, but your bank or card issuer may convert at its own rate and charge fees. The Free plan has no time limit, needs no card and takes 1 client. Your first paid subscription has a 14-day free trial that asks for a payment method: at the end of the trial the subscription is charged unless you cancel before then.14, 15

Can I move from Everfit to MyFitnessClient?

Yes: clients come into MyFitnessClient from a CSV, TSV or TXT file, with first name, last name, email and phone, on any plan, up to your plan's client limit (1 client on the Free plan), and you see duplicates and errors before importing. The import sends no email to anyone. You prepare workouts in your own time, and you invite each client to the app when you choose, by email, link or QR code, from their profile. Once a client accepts, they get everything already in their profile: workouts, meal plans, assessments and payments. The MyFitnessClient team migrates your workouts, your plans and, where your previous platform makes it available, your history for you, at no cost on Basic and Pro, including during the free trial: write to support@myfitnessclient.com. Before you cancel your old account, save the client list and the workouts you want to keep.
