Hevy Coach vs MyFitnessClient: pricing and features compared

• Price: MyFitnessClient's Basic plan costs €29.99 per month (any VAT charged is included), with unlimited active clients. Billed monthly, Hevy Coach charges 25 USD per month (up to 10 clients), 50 USD (11 to 25), 90 USD (26 to 50) and 160 USD (51 to 100), and its pricing page does not say whether taxes are included.1
• Meal plans: MyFitnessClient includes them in the Basic plan, with more than 1,000 foods in its own catalog, Open Food Facts search with barcode scanning and the Portuguese INSA food table with 1,376 foods, named in Portuguese. MyFitnessClient also includes supplement plans with 80 supplements. The Hevy Coach pricing, features and client app pages, read between 12 and 15 October 2026, do not list meal plans.1, 2, 3
• Client payments: on Basic and Pro, MyFitnessClient takes them through your own Stripe account, which you can open in one of 43 countries, with no commission from MyFitnessClient, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, Stripe's digital wallet. The Hevy Coach pricing, features and client app pages do not list client payments inside the platform.1, 2, 3
• Your brand: MyFitnessClient puts your name, logo and colors inside the client app on every plan, Free included. With Hevy Coach, clients use the Hevy app, and its pages do not list the coach's logo or colors inside that app.3, 4
• MyFitnessClient has more than 5,600 exercises in its library, many with a demo video, and Hevy Coach lists more than 400 exercises. MyFitnessClient's Basic plan also includes questionnaires with 13 question types, habits with reminders, video calls in the browser and a calendar. MyFitnessClient has one fixed price: Basic costs €29.99 per month (any VAT charged is included), for unlimited active clients, with meal plans and client payments in the price. Billed monthly, Hevy Coach charges by client tier in US dollars: 25 USD per month (up to 10 clients), 50 USD (11 to 25), 90 USD (26 to 50) and 160 USD (51 to 100). Because the Hevy Coach pages do not list meal plans, the comparison is workouts only. With 25 clients, Hevy Coach costs 50 USD per month; with 50, 90 USD; with 100, 160 USD. MyFitnessClient costs €29.99 per month at each of those counts. Move the slider to your number of clients.1

• With workouts only, MyFitnessClient costs less than Hevy Coach with 1 active client, on MyFitnessClient's Free plan, and from 11 active clients.

• Hevy Coach lists its prices in US dollars, billed monthly; the pricing page shows no annual billing and says nothing about taxes. The Hevy Coach terms say that prices are shown "either exclusive or inclusive of any applicable fees, taxes and costs, depending on the section", and that fees and taxes are indicated during the purchase process, before the order is submitted.1, 8
• The Hevy Coach tiers, read on 15 October 2026: 25 USD per month for up to 10 clients, 50 USD for 11 to 25, 90 USD for 26 to 50 and 160 USD for 51 to 100. Above that: 250 USD for 101 to 200, 360 USD for 201 to 300, 460 USD for 301 to 400, 550 USD for 401 to 500 and 700 USD for 501 to 1,000 clients.1
• In "Workouts only" nothing is added on either side: the Hevy Coach pricing, features and client app pages, read between 12 and 15 October 2026, do not list meal plans or client payments. On MyFitnessClient, meal plans and online client payments are included in Basic and Pro at the same price.1, 2, 3
• Prices in another currency were converted at the European Central Bank reference rate of 9 October 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1206 USD) and rounded to the euro. What you pay depends on your bank's exchange rate on the day.9, 10
• MyFitnessClient's costs in this section are on monthly billing; billed yearly, Basic costs €299.90 per year and Pro €500.00 per year. MyFitnessClient's prices are in euros; any VAT charged is already included, and the checkout shows the final amount before you pay. If your currency is not the euro, checkout may show the price in your currency at Stripe's exchange rate, which includes a conversion fee of 2 to 4%; if you pay in euros instead, your bank or card sets any conversion. The other brands' prices appear as each one publishes them, with what its own pricing page says about taxes. Other brands' prices and features are those on the day each source was read and may have changed since; check the brand's own page before you decide.11 When a brand's pricing page does not say whether taxes are included, the sentences about cost treat its price as if it already included 27% VAT, the highest rate in the European Union. This way, they only say MyFitnessClient costs less where it does with or without VAT. That is why the number of clients in a sentence can be higher than the table shows, or the sentence may not appear at all.
