Overview
A course is a sequence of modules and lessons, ideal for educational content you want to deliver in a structured way (technique, nutrition, mindset). Create it from Courses in the sidebar.
Steps to create the course
- Click New course, give it a name and, if you like, a description and the difficulty (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced). Click Create course.
- Create the first module and, inside it, add lessons.
- In each lesson, add content blocks such as Text, Heading, Callout, Divider, Image, Video, Audio, File, Link, Button, Checklist, or Workout.
- Open the Page tab. Under Access and sales, choose Who can discover this course. You can keep it as free manual access or, if online payments are configured, turn on Online sales and choose One-time purchase or Subscription. The Page saves itself as a draft.
- When every module has lessons and every lesson has content, select Publish (on a course that is already published, Publish changes): the Page and the lessons are published together.
Until you publish, the course stays as a Draft and isn't visible to clients. A sold course can only be unpublished once every paid purchase has been refunded and every subscription canceled.
Choose the access model
- Manual access: enroll clients from the Students tab without charging them, even if the course is also for sale.
- One-time purchase or Subscription: the client pays online. The price and the 12-month guarantee are in Sell a course online: one-time purchase, subscription and price.
You can show the course to all active clients, selected clients only, or keep it out of Discover. Manually granted access is never charged.
