New Features

17
  • Sell packs with a one-time payment and choose how many days of access they include.
  • Choose what each plan or pack includes in the client's app, such as Workouts and Nutrition.
  • With online payments enabled, you can ask new clients to choose and pay for a plan or pack before joining the app, including through an invitation.
  • Choose the country you work in and the currency you charge in. The currency is locked after the first price or payment.
  • The platform is available in Brazilian Portuguese, French and German.
  • Get Today's summary with overdue payments, programs ending soon and clients who haven't been training.
  • Clients can receive Today's plan in the morning and workout reminders for weekly and calendar programs.
  • Organise workouts, programs and nutrition plans with tags.
  • Save time by copying and pasting workouts, meals, supplements, questions and lessons between your content.
  • During in-person workouts, follow several clients at once and switch between them.
  • In new workouts, clients can add photos and videos to exercise notes. You can reply in the chat.
  • Create chat groups with clients and team members, and choose admins from your team.
  • Clients can have their own library of foods, meals and exercises.
  • The Catalogue includes INSA's food composition table, with over 1,300 foods.
  • Clients can create calendar events. You can view them in each client's profile.
  • Assign habits to several clients at once.
  • Add supporting text to questionnaires, split questions across pages and analyse responses with charts.

Improvements

14
  • Payments are better organised, with automatic charges, failed payments and course sales. You and the client are notified when an automatic payment fails.
  • When accepting a client, set their access period and assign a payment plan. Both of you can see the days remaining.
  • The client list shows the latest workout, unread messages and overdue check-ins.
  • The questionnaire library has 15 ready-to-use templates. Any active questionnaire can be used as a check-in.
  • Questionnaires save questions automatically and let you undo changes. It's easier to see who still needs to respond, and clients see pending questionnaires in their menu.
  • The calendar has a weekly view and remembers your preference. On a computer, drag events to change their time. Clients receive change notifications and reminders, which you can turn off for each client.
  • Preview programs and nutrition plans with real dates. In programs, undo changes and select several days to clear or remove.
  • Find and replace exercises more easily, with images in filters and suggestions for similar exercises.
  • During a workout, clients can see values from their previous session and copy them with a tap. The history of new prescribed workouts shows added, replaced and removed exercises.
  • Shopping lists include food substitutions and meal options, including in the PDF. Enter food nutrition values per 100 g or per portion, and search the catalogue in your language.
  • Progress shows charts for body composition and key body measurements once there are two records. You can rename assessment fields.
  • Supplement search finds results even with small spelling mistakes. Give team members permission to view, create and edit supplements.
  • Emails have a new look. Emails sent under your brand show your brand name as the sender.
  • Close your account in Settings. Clients can end their coaching from their Profile, and you receive a notification.

Bug Fixes

13
  • Fixed issues with clients with scheduled start dates, invitations and automatic sends, including losing content and messages prepared before joining.
  • Fixed cases where workout progress was lost. Summaries count only what was completed, and records no longer include warm-up or feeder sets.
  • Fixed errors with sets, reps and circuits, including in workout previews and PDFs.
  • Fixed workout order and dates in programs to prevent workouts being repeated, skipped or shown before their scheduled date.
  • Fixed shopping list calculations, disappearing meals and logs lost when editing nutrition plans. Substitution suggestions better match the type of food.
  • Fixed message, check-in and meal notifications, including alerts that didn't respect selected preferences.
  • Older questionnaire responses keep their original questions. Also fixed questionnaires opening at the wrong time or showing an error after being answered.
  • Fixed Google Calendar syncing and recurring event edits that could change details you hadn't touched.
  • iPhone photos display correctly in chat, and workout and assessment links open the right page.
  • Fixed weight recording in check-ins, Metrics updates and emergency contact details being lost between the website and the app.
  • On the mobile website, the keyboard no longer covers buttons. On iPhone, workout sounds no longer interrupt music; videos with sound can still interrupt it.
  • Fixed lesson duplication and using the same workout in multiple lessons. Files deleted from Materials no longer appear in lessons.
  • When a client deletes their account, is archived or is no longer linked to you, automatic billing ends at the end of the period already paid for.

Breaking Changes

7
  • Removed the Risk Profile and Cardiometabolic Risk Factors from the anamnesis, including previously pre-selected factors.
  • If you had more than 10 active clients, workout and check-in alerts are grouped in Today's summary. You can turn individual push notifications back on in Settings.
  • The Today panel has been removed from the calendar. Open the event details to start a session.
  • In My area, find your program in Workouts and your sessions in History. The Calendar tab has been removed.
  • Charges marked as paid can no longer be deleted or have their amount changed.
  • You no longer receive alerts for unconfirmed supplement doses. Check the history in the client's profile. Assigning a new supplement plan replaces the previous one, with a warning before you confirm.
  • In weekly and sequential nutrition plans, use Copy day and Paste. The option to replace the day has been removed.
