MyFitnessClient v1.4.0 release notes: Questionnaires and access periods

New Features

Questionnaires are new: you write your own questions, send them to your clients and follow the answers.
They can go out on their own, at the moment of the engagement you choose.
Check-ins are now part of Questionnaires.
You can now customise the check-in: change the questions and add your own.
And you choose how often it is asked for.
You can now give each client an access period.
The client's access to the app opens and closes by itself on the dates you set.
When the access ends, the client's subscription is only cancelled at the end of the cycle they already paid for.
We warn you a week before the access ends.
The client is warned too.
A client whose engagement has ended can disconnect on their own.
You can now set yourself as Online, Away, Busy or Invisible.
Busy silences message and call alerts.
Invisible makes you appear offline.
You go Away on your own when you are idle.
You can now mark exercises and foods as favourites.
Favourites come first in the list.
Your Personal Area gains the anamnesis and Assessments.
You customise the anamnesis for every client, or for just one.
Clients can now download their assessments as a PDF.
The client's Settings now carry the App Store link to download the app.
One bar closes a whole circuit or superset round.

Improvements

Recurring plans move inside Payments.
The recurring tab lists clients, not a catalogue.
Assessment comparisons show Before, After and Change.
And they tell you whether each measure moved closer to the client's goal.
Every assessment now shows who recorded it.
The Assessments list gains a column with the client's access.
The client list gains Scheduled, Ended and Released filters.
We warn you when the workout you assign outlasts the client's access.
A client gains a «My trainer» page, with the next session and their access status.
Inside a course, a client sees which module and lesson they are on, and which is next.
The nutrition day summary is now a calorie ring with three macro bars.
Meals collapse on their own once the client marks them as eaten.
Materials show the folder path in the bar.
You sort materials by name, date or size.
The client list opens in alphabetical order.
The weight field starts from the last known weight.
The add-section dialog in a workout now has a single field.
Gone is the per-exercise rest button inside a circuit or superset — the group already has its own.
You drop a circuit's last round with a single tap.
The client's home opens with what they have to do, in cards.
Unread-message emails become one email, 24 hours later.
The phone notification stays immediate.
Habit reminders now show your description on the lock screen.
You get a switch of its own for questionnaire reminders.
Menus and lists moved to solid backgrounds.
Icons gained a stroke that matches the word they sit beside.
The billing period opens on the one you have contracted.
You can now switch from monthly to annual within the same plan.
A client with a scheduled start already reserves their seat.

Bug Fixes

The net amount of payments shows correctly again in the details and in the CSV.
Subscription confirmation no longer reports a payment still being confirmed as declined.
And it no longer gets stuck on «Activating».
An old payment attempt no longer affects your current subscription.
The subscribe buttons no longer accept repeated clicks.
A payment in progress survives an app update.
The trial badge no longer appears to anyone who cannot use it.
Plans with no included storage no longer show as unlimited space.
Your subscription invoices no longer show statuses in English.
The card shown on the subscription always reflects what will be charged.
You can now create annual recurring charges for your clients.
Switching on online payments no longer gets stuck when your Stripe account loses its connection.
Payment deadlines no longer read as plural when only one day is left.
Images you drop inside a page no longer show up in the Materials list.
A disabled button is no longer the darkest thing on the bar.
The habits form now fits narrow screens.
The photo comparison no longer runs off the screen on a phone.
Your plan's seats are now counted the same way everywhere.
When importing clients by CSV, accented names no longer come through broken.
In the course sales panel, the count now says how many sales are listed.
Deleting several rows no longer announces success when nothing was deleted.
And picking six rows now deletes six, not one.
Clearing a habit's end date now saves.
A habit with a saved reminder time can be edited again.

The date of birth on the anamnesis no longer accepts days that have not arrived.
Customising the anamnesis for a single client no longer exits without saving.
The check-in no longer accepts a future day.
A monthly check-in set for the 31st now goes out on the last day of shorter months.
A client with two trainers no longer loses check-in reminders.
Saving a questionnaire no longer republishes it when you left it as a draft.
Changing how often you ask for the check-in now takes effect straight away.
In a questionnaire shared by link, only people with an account send files.
The questionnaire builder and library show the skeleton while they load.
When a question is unanswered, the app says so beneath that question.
Windows no longer open invisible when you rotate the phone.
Opening the time picker no longer drags the page.
The Personal Area no longer stacks a «Save» per tab visited.
Your brand's app icon no longer crops the logo.
And it now uses your theme's background, not the accent colour.
Leaving an unsaved plan now warns you even when you leave right after an edit.
A client who declined an invitation can be invited again.
A client who disconnected no longer counts as «already has a trainer».
Accepting an invitation for an archived managed client no longer throws a server error.
The invitation QR no longer leaves full screen on its own.
Invitations with multiple uses show the right status.
When you leave a group call, your audio and video really do stop reaching the others.
