New set types and supplement plans

Nouveautés4
  • You can now mark sets as Feeder Sets or Back-off Sets. Feeder Sets, like Warm-up sets, do not count towards total sets or volume.
  • You can now plan your clients' supplements in the Supplements menu: you set the doses and their times, the client logs what they took and you follow it all on their profile.
  • You can now mark a calendar event as Completed. Assessments and workouts booked with a client complete themselves when you record them that day.
  • Clients can now add their tax ID (NIF) in Settings, and you see it in Client Details.
Améliorations16
  • The access period moves to Client Details, and you can now change an active client's start date, including to a future date.
  • The client's profile warns you when the engagement is about to start or end, and you get an email when access ends.
  • The client list opens with the most recent first, shows whether each client is Scheduled, Ended or Archived, and leaves out anyone who disconnected.
  • A client without access can now talk to you in the chat.
  • In Questionnaires, Reminders and Automatic sending merge into the Delivery tab, and an active questionnaire can go back to draft.
  • Responses to review gain filters and a counter in the menu, and when sending a questionnaire you can select every client or filter by tag.
  • An extra check-in can go to every client at its own frequency, and a New Check-in you record for a client asks for their check-in's measurements.
  • «My area» gains a Calendar tab, and fat mass and lean mass are now worked out automatically there and in the assessments a client records.
  • Visceral fat now accepts half values, such as 2.5.
  • In programs, «Assign to trainees» opens straight on picking one or more clients, and assigning a program or plan from a client's profile now asks for the dates.
  • Nutrition on a client's profile splits into Nutrition plan and Nutrition log, and clients without a meal plan can now log what they eat.
  • The calendar starts the week on Monday, completed check-ins get a tick, and on a client's profile assessment events gain a Create assessment button.
  • In «My brand» you only pick the main colour and the app follows it, dark theme included, and questionnaires shared by link now carry your colours.
  • Welcome, confirmation and reminder emails now reach the client with your brand, with no MyFitnessClient in the subject or footer.
  • The Team page gets a simpler design, and the team group in the chat now follows the team's members.
  • Many error messages now give the reason, instead of a generic «An error occurred».
Corrections de bugs16
  • Clients can attach photos to their answers again, no longer get check-in reminders without a check-in, and see their last weight in the weight question.
  • A new check-in keeps its frequency on the first Save, and customising the anamnesis or assessment no longer fails when switching between all clients and one.
  • A workout created from scratch in a program now saves its sections, and superset and circuit letters follow the workout's order.
  • Changing week in a Calendar mode program or plan that starts mid-week no longer lands on a day outside the plan.
  • In Strict mode, clients can now log the meal substitutions you set.
  • In the calendar, all-day events are back in the Today panel and on the 1st of each month, and the Year view shows events from every month.
  • In Day view, clicking an hour creates the event at that hour, and changing month from the 31st no longer skips a month.
  • Program workouts now show in the client's calendar on the same days as the Workouts tab, with a tick once done.
  • Repeating events now keep their time after the clock change, daily events no longer stop after a year, and occurrences get reminders beyond six months.
  • Reminders follow the event when you drag it or edit a single date, and editing no longer resends reminders or switches an email-only reminder to «Both».
  • Clients' Google Calendar now gets every repeat and the bookings they already had, with no copies on edit, and failed updates are retried instead of shown as synced.
  • The Google Calendar connection now explains what is missing, and a brief Google failure no longer shows «Connection expired».
  • The «Message» button on a client's profile and «Team chat» now open the right conversation, and turning the camera on during a voice call works.
  • A broadcast message, or a language or notification change in Settings, no longer looks done when it failed.
  • Invitation emails no longer always go out in Portuguese, and support and access period emails no longer send clients to the trainer dashboard.
  • «Feature Locked» no longer appears after a connection failure loading your plan, or in a client's Settings when your plan does not include nutrition.
v1.4.011 septembre 2026

Questionnaires and access periods

Nouveautés22
  • Questionnaires are new: you write your own questions, send them to your clients and follow the answers.
  • They can go out on their own, at the moment of the engagement you choose.
  • Check-ins are now part of Questionnaires.
  • You can now customise the check-in: change the questions and add your own.
  • And you choose how often it is asked for.
  • You can now give each client an access period.
  • The client's access to the app opens and closes by itself on the dates you set.
  • When the access ends, the client's subscription is only cancelled at the end of the cycle they already paid for.
  • We warn you a week before the access ends.
  • The client is warned too.
  • A client whose engagement has ended can disconnect on their own.
  • You can now set yourself as Online, Away, Busy or Invisible.
  • Busy silences message and call alerts.
  • Invisible makes you appear offline.
  • You go Away on your own when you are idle.
  • You can now mark exercises and foods as favourites.
  • Favourites come first in the list.
  • Your Personal Area gains the anamnesis and Assessments.
  • You customise the anamnesis for every client, or for just one.
  • Clients can now download their assessments as a PDF.
  • The client's Settings now carry the App Store link to download the app.
  • One bar closes a whole circuit or superset round.
Améliorations29
  • Recurring plans move inside Payments.
  • The recurring tab lists clients, not a catalogue.
  • Assessment comparisons show Before, After and Change.
  • And they tell you whether each measure moved closer to the client's goal.
  • Every assessment now shows who recorded it.
  • The Assessments list gains a column with the client's access.
  • The client list gains Scheduled, Ended and Released filters.
  • We warn you when the workout you assign outlasts the client's access.
  • A client gains a «My trainer» page, with the next session and their access status.
  • Inside a course, a client sees which module and lesson they are on, and which is next.
  • The nutrition day summary is now a calorie ring with three macro bars.
  • Meals collapse on their own once the client marks them as eaten.
  • Materials show the folder path in the bar.
  • You sort materials by name, date or size.
  • The client list opens in alphabetical order.
  • The weight field starts from the last known weight.
  • The add-section dialog in a workout now has a single field.
  • Gone is the per-exercise rest button inside a circuit or superset — the group already has its own.
  • You drop a circuit's last round with a single tap.
  • The client's home opens with what they have to do, in cards.
  • Unread-message emails become one email, 24 hours later.
  • The phone notification stays immediate.
  • Habit reminders now show your description on the lock screen.
  • You get a switch of its own for questionnaire reminders.
  • Menus and lists moved to solid backgrounds.
  • Icons gained a stroke that matches the word they sit beside.
  • The billing period opens on the one you have contracted.
  • You can now switch from monthly to annual within the same plan.
  • A client with a scheduled start already reserves their seat.
Corrections de bugs49
  • The net amount of payments shows correctly again in the details and in the CSV.
  • Subscription confirmation no longer reports a payment still being confirmed as declined.
  • And it no longer gets stuck on «Activating».
  • An old payment attempt no longer affects your current subscription.
  • The subscribe buttons no longer accept repeated clicks.
  • A payment in progress survives an app update.
  • The trial badge no longer appears to anyone who cannot use it.
  • Plans with no included storage no longer show as unlimited space.
  • Your subscription invoices no longer show statuses in English.
  • The card shown on the subscription always reflects what will be charged.
  • You can now create annual recurring charges for your clients.
  • Switching on online payments no longer gets stuck when your Stripe account loses its connection.
  • Payment deadlines no longer read as plural when only one day is left.
  • Images you drop inside a page no longer show up in the Materials list.
  • A disabled button is no longer the darkest thing on the bar.
  • The habits form now fits narrow screens.
  • The photo comparison no longer runs off the screen on a phone.
  • Your plan's seats are now counted the same way everywhere.
  • When importing clients by CSV, accented names no longer come through broken.
  • In the course sales panel, the count now says how many sales are listed.
  • Deleting several rows no longer announces success when nothing was deleted.
  • And picking six rows now deletes six, not one.
  • Clearing a habit's end date now saves.
  • A habit with a saved reminder time can be edited again.
  • You can now clear and retype a habit's weekly count.
  • The habit list no longer scrambles its order between pages.
  • The Habits and food diary tabs for an inactive client explain themselves, instead of erroring.
  • The date of birth on the anamnesis no longer accepts days that have not arrived.
  • Customising the anamnesis for a single client no longer exits without saving.
  • The check-in no longer accepts a future day.
  • A monthly check-in set for the 31st now goes out on the last day of shorter months.
  • A client with two trainers no longer loses check-in reminders.
  • Saving a questionnaire no longer republishes it when you left it as a draft.
  • Changing how often you ask for the check-in now takes effect straight away.
  • In a questionnaire shared by link, only people with an account send files.
  • The questionnaire builder and library show the skeleton while they load.
  • When a question is unanswered, the app says so beneath that question.
  • Windows no longer open invisible when you rotate the phone.
  • Opening the time picker no longer drags the page.
  • The Personal Area no longer stacks a «Save» per tab visited.
  • Your brand's app icon no longer crops the logo.
  • And it now uses your theme's background, not the accent colour.
  • Leaving an unsaved plan now warns you even when you leave right after an edit.
  • A client who declined an invitation can be invited again.
  • A client who disconnected no longer counts as «already has a trainer».
  • Accepting an invitation for an archived managed client no longer throws a server error.
  • The invitation QR no longer leaves full screen on its own.
  • Invitations with multiple uses show the right status.
  • When you leave a group call, your audio and video really do stop reaching the others.
v1.3.04 septembre 2026

Risk Profile on the anamnesis, and Google Calendar for clients

Nouveautés11
  • «Risk Profile» — the anamnesis now draws a portrait of your client from what they answered and the assessments you have already done: readiness to train, a 0 to 100 index across six areas, and what is pulling them down the most.
  • Six new questions on the anamnesis, all optional: total and HDL cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, diabetes in the family, daily fruit and vegetables, and ultra-processed food. And risk factors now come pre-ticked from the client's answers.
  • Your client can connect their own Google Calendar and receive your appointments there — consultations, assessments and sessions — with time, duration and place.
  • Your client can now create habits of their own, and you see on their profile what they created and how they are keeping to it.
  • A client can now attach progress photographs to an assessment, when you switch the Photos card on for that assessment.
  • An incoming call now reaches you as a notification, even with the phone locked or the app closed.
  • A circuit's mode, rounds and both rest periods can now be edited during the workout, in a sheet that applies everything in one go when you save.
  • Editing a session that is already finished now behaves like training, with the circuit clock running.
  • The lesson player gains full screen, a play button at the centre of the picture, and video that rotates with the phone.
  • A meal in the library accepts food substitutions, and you can save any meal from a plan to the library straight from its menu.
  • A course module or lesson can now be duplicated, and the preview becomes something you can test from the inside.
Améliorations16
  • A circuit is now a single block, with the band above it and the stations marked A1, A2, A3. The mode, the rounds, both rest periods and the timer all live in the band, and the workout and program PDFs follow suit.
  • A circuit's history now shows what your client did — the rounds they completed and, in an AMRAP or For Time, the time — instead of repeating what was prescribed.
  • In an AMRAP the client can undo a round, «Restart» clears the record and keeps the prescription, and the group closes when the time is up.
  • A circuit's sets now unlock in order, like a superset's.
  • The anamnesis has been reorganised: Physical Activity splits into Currently, History and Preferences, Health becomes conditions as chips grouped by system, the PAR-Q and surgeries become Yes/No, and «Cardiovascular» becomes «Measurements and Tests».
  • The anamnesis record is edited field by field and, when something is missing, warns instead of blocking Save. In Customise you drag the fields inside the base sections, and date of birth and gender now come from the profile.
  • The «Back» button on detail pages returns you to the list where you were, and on the dashboard's main lists it keeps the page, the search, the filters and the sorting.
  • Signing in while already logged in takes you straight to your own area, and the team you were in is kept on your account.
  • When you share a file, each tag says how many clients it reaches, and you open the row to see the names.
  • A food from the library opens at the weight of one portion, in grams or millilitres, instead of «1 portion».
  • When picking foods, the ones already in that meal come pre-ticked, and you see how many you chose and how many calories they add up to before confirming.
  • A client's subscription, once they move to automatic payment, appears on their profile and in the history, with the last payment and the next renewal.
  • You are now told when a client starts paying you automatically, and the month's revenue includes what comes in by subscription.
  • You can now reply directly to the emails we send you.
  • Once you are in, there is at most one uninvited prompt per session, and none at all on the subscribe page.
  • At sign-up, the date-of-birth calendar opens straight on the grid of years, and the pose picker moves on by itself to the pose that is missing.
Corrections de bugs37
  • Your clients' subscription payments are always recorded, even when Stripe's notices arrive out of order. And if your own subscription gets stuck on a single payment method, trying again gives you every option back.
  • Switching on online payments no longer gets stuck when your Stripe account loses its connection: we tell you what happened and you can replace it.
  • A one-off purchase left half-finished no longer blocks enrolment on a course: we tell you who is holding the place and you can cancel it. And a client who has left no longer takes up a seat on a course with limited places.
  • If you already have access to a course, opening its sales page no longer shows padlocks on the lessons and now says the course is already yours.
  • During a workout, every round of an AMRAP is recorded, a circuit's measured time holds, and the client can reach any station to correct a value.
  • After a day, a workout left open and never finished stops coming back as «workout in progress» on other devices.
  • A workout that cannot load now says so, with «Try again» and a way out.
  • An exercise with no type set no longer shows up to the client as reps, and asking for alternatives mid-workout no longer fails.
  • A workout with sections can be saved from the history again, and a client in restricted mode can save the workout you prescribed again.
  • The end-of-rest sound no longer stops the client's music — the trade-off being that with the phone on silent there is nothing to hear.
  • Demonstration videos can no longer take the client out of the app mid-workout.
  • Editing a past day shows the client the meals from the plan, and leaving an unsaved plan now warns you.
  • Changing the main food now asks whether you want to match the substitutions again, with the before and after of each one.
  • The food library no longer hits usage limits during ordinary work nor gets stuck on «No results», and the online search finds what used to slip past it.
  • The barcode reader tells you when what you pointed at is not a product, and a code the online database does not know no longer asks you to try again later.
  • When copying yesterday's meals, the meals the client created now bring their time across too.
  • The shopping list PDF no longer repeats its title, and a category that runs onto the next page keeps its name.
  • Clearing the history of a direct conversation now affects only your side, deleting a message also removes it from quotes, and search inside a conversation goes far deeper.
  • Calling someone already on another call now tells you straight away that they are busy, a call that does not connect says why, and a group call in progress no longer hangs up by itself.
  • Removing a client without an account now deletes their name and phone number, and assessment photos stop taking up your space.
  • Changing your profile photo on a phone works again, on your side and on the client's.
  • The sign-in page can no longer come up blank, and signing out no longer gets stuck halfway.
  • The «New version available» notice appears only when there really is a new version, and no longer sits on screen swallowing clicks.
  • A client who is no longer with you can come in through your invitation link again, and a link opened while signed in — password or team invitation — no longer throws you to the dashboard.
  • Creating an account no longer ends on an error screen when the browser translates the page by itself, and the «Install now» button no longer goes quiet.
  • When previewing as a client runs out, we tell you and you can start it again right there.
  • A date of birth no longer reads a day earlier than the one that was saved.
  • Words outside the language you chose no longer turn up, in the client's anamnesis or in various controls.
  • The logo is no longer recompressed along the way, so your brand colours stay as you sent them, and we warn you if the file arrives in CMYK. The comparison photo you export carries no branding at all when you have no logo of your own.
  • Your custom metrics show up again on the client's progress and on the assessment.
  • Your client list no longer repeats one client on a page and hides another.
  • Under «With access», a tag takes a single row, with the count, which you open to see who is in it.
  • Check-in photographs open full screen again.
  • The «Missing details» notice in the client's app now tells apart those who are only missing their height, the button opens the details dialog directly, and it goes away as soon as they save.
  • Creating an exercise without picking equipment no longer errors out, and the exercises your trainer created now show the client the full description and details.
  • Dead ends are gone: a new assessment on an inactive client and an expired invitation opened in the app now explain what is going on.
  • A number of reading and touch fixes along the way: panels that would not scroll on a computer, clipped buttons, lists that jumped as you scrolled, sets you can now swipe away in the builder, and accessible names on controls for anyone using a screen reader.
v1.2.221 août 2026

Sharing materials by tag, and PDF preview

Nouveautés3
  • A folder or a file can now be shared with a tag, instead of a list of names. Whoever has the tag reaches the material — including people who get the tag later.
  • Before you delete a tag, or take it off a client, we tell you how many folders and files that revokes. When there is nothing to lose, the confirmation stays as it was.
  • PDFs now open inside Materials, with pages, zoom and download. Until now, clicking a PDF downloaded it and nothing else.
Améliorations5
  • An exercise type is yours again. The client still sees it and fills the fields it defines, but can no longer change it mid-workout: the type decides which columns land in the history, and it is prescription. To adapt the workout to whatever machine is free there is the exercise swap, which stays.
  • When assigning a workout or a plan, search now leads — picking something that already exists is the common path — and «create new» moves to the footer with a button of its own. And the choice between editing only the copy belonging to this client or the shared version becomes two cards that name each consequence, instead of two identical rows with a chevron.
  • The client picker now tells apart who is deactivated, who is a record of yours without a claimed account, who has been invited, and who simply has no app access. It also gains bulk actions, and says when the list failed to load instead of appearing empty.
  • «Powered by MyFitnessClient» is gone from the footer of your branded emails and from the brand centre surfaces. The copyright stays, the same as on every other email.
  • The Materials grid no longer downloads the original photograph to draw a thumbnail. A photo taken on a phone is several megabytes that no longer travel down the connection of whoever is scrolling.
Corrections de bugs9
  • In a circuit station with fewer sets than the others, the rounds without a set of their own now use your prescription. They used the creation default — 10 reps and 0 kg — and completing them wrote it into the history.
  • A value written mid-workout no longer gets lost. If the set was not marked complete, the restore treated the session as empty and reloaded the plan over what the client had written.
  • A rep range can no longer be stored as «10 - 10», which is not a range: only the editor showed it, and the PDF, the workout and the app ignored it.
  • Confirming an avatar works again on Safari and on the installed app on older iOS.
  • Saving a check-in now takes you back to progress. It stayed on the same page — always on a phone, sometimes on a computer.
  • The barcode scanner opens again. It had stopped starting in the previous update.
  • A PDF thumbnail in the Materials grid no longer sits stuck on «Loading…» on older versions of Chrome, Android above all. When it cannot draw one, it offers «Open in a new tab» and «Download».
  • The photographs of an assessment come out in the PDF again.
  • The Escape key now closes only the top dialog, and a dialog exit animation no longer replays as a second close.
v1.2.116 août 2026

August fixes and improvements

Nouveautés6
  • Each option of a meal keeps its own foods in the client's day: switching tabs shows the other version instead of overwriting the previous one. «Restore meal» and «Restore the day» bring back what was prescribed.
  • The header of a meal with options shows two macro columns side by side: Main as a fixed reference, and the option that is open.
  • A superset's band gains a handle that drags the whole group. Each exercise's handle still pulls it out of the group.
  • The client can change an exercise's type mid-workout, to fit whatever machine is free. Restricted mode still prevents it.
  • You can create an account with Google from an invitation.
  • An address written in a note is now clickable: exercise and session notes, client notes, habit logs, the observations a client can see on an assessment, free-text answers and event descriptions.
Améliorations6
  • A lesson's player is down to play, pause, ten seconds each way and the progress bar. An MP4 you upload no longer shows the browser's own controls, download menu included.
  • Superset group actions now confirm themselves with a notice, instead of changing the list in silence. And the dialog opened from an exercise already in a group now reads «Add to superset», which is what it does.
  • The superset band's menu now appears during the workout too, next to the round.
  • On the client's profile, the diet plan and the client's day are now two separate cards. They were one, and it was easy to edit one thinking you were changing the other.
  • Barcode scanning now uses a square detection area, instead of a wide rectangle that clipped QR codes and products held upright. It also stops going off-centre when you rotate the phone.
  • The filter button and the filter chips now look like the rest of the buttons.
Corrections de bugs13
  • A form you assigned to a client never actually opened for them.
  • A nutrition day's totals were a few grams off from its lines. Rounding now happens before the sum, not after.
  • A meal's option tabs lost their active option after an edit, and the next tap counted as a switch and discarded what you had written.
  • A meal's header jumped when switching tabs.
  • The weight on the client's home screen might not be the most recent one when there was more than one assessment on the same day.
  • An invitation could get lost during email verification.
  • Dropping an exercise below a section put it inside the section instead of after it.
  • Opening a folder in Materials could leave the screen showing the previous one. And going a level down added a second header that pushed the search box down.
  • The website's home page could stay blank when the entry animation failed to start.
  • Muscle groups showed in English — «Lats», «Full Body» — next to translated exercise names.
  • Dates showed with every word capitalised: «Friday, 7 Of August».
  • Several counts always read as plural — «1 exercises».
  • The week navigation buttons had no translated name for screen readers.
v1.2.012 août 2026

Personal Area, bulk client onboarding and recurring billing

Nouveautés18
  • Personal Area — train, eat and track yourself with the same experience you give your clients. It has Overview, Workouts, Nutrition, Habits, Progress and History, and you can pull any workout or plan from your own library without going through a test client.
  • Automatic recurring billing — a recurring plan can now be a real subscription charged on your Stripe account, instead of manual invoices someone has to chase every month. Convert a manual plan whenever you want, and the client can activate it themselves without waiting for you.
  • A price change applies at each client's next renewal, with advance notice by email and in the app and the exact date it takes effect. A client's individual price survives a bulk change, and the client can cancel — and undo the cancellation — up to the renewal.
  • Company links — create one link per company, with a name, a tag applied automatically, a restriction to the company's email domain, a usage cap and automatic approval. The company shares the link through its own internal channels and each employee joins on their own: we send no email at all, so there are no lists or sending limits in the way.
  • Client import from CSV — upload the file, see what is going to be created before confirming, and get a row-by-row result at the end with the reason for every row left out (already your client, duplicated in the file, ignored column). Your plan's seats are counted before the batch, so you never end up with half the clients created.
  • Multi-select in the client list — «select all N» works over the entire filter and not just the page you are looking at, and you can archive or tag them all at once. Archiving frees up plan seats and is reversible, unlike removing, and a client you stopped working with can be marked as former instead of vanishing.
  • Per-client messaging policy — you choose, client by client, between no limit, a daily message limit, or read-only (the client can read the conversation but not reply).
  • Assessments on the client side — per client, you decide whether they see nothing, only view, or can fill in their own assessments. In-person clients stay as they were; for online coaching, the client fills them in on the same pages you use, with the previous value, the difference and the how-to-measure tips.
  • You can request an assessment from the client's profile, and you now see who recorded each assessment. Your notes stay private by default: the client only sees what you write in the «Visible to the client» block.
  • Assessments tab inside the client's Progress view, comparing what you measured with what they recorded, custom metrics included.
  • Metrics with the name you choose — up to two per exercise on top of the standard fields, as a number or text and with the unit you define.
  • Time fields (mm:ss) in assessments, with chart, comparison and PDF: a 10 km personal best no longer has to fit in a text field. Plus goals with a target date, goals on time fields, and a «Running» template that builds the section in one go.
  • Per-set pace on runs, which did not exist at all.
  • A sound cue at the end of the rest period, which reaches you even with the tab in the background.
  • A course's workout block now runs inside the lesson itself: enrolment grants the access, the client returns to the lesson they left, and the session lands in the history linked to that lesson.
  • Announcement groups in chat — groups where only the group admins can post.
  • You can reopen an already-submitted anamnesis for the client to correct, without losing the answers already there.
  • App icon framing editor — adjust the zoom, position and background of your logo for the icon clients install on their phone, instead of a wide logo being squeezed into a square.
Améliorations22
  • Changing a program's or diet plan's mode no longer wipes what is in it. All 24 possible changes now convert positions instead of throwing them away, and before you confirm, the dialog tells you exactly what will happen to your workouts or meals — whether they keep their position, all land on the first day, get spread out, or several positions merge. None of them deletes anything, and you can go back.
  • An overdue payment no longer blacks out what the client already had. Their workouts, diet plans, courses, materials, calendar, history and their own logging stay open; the lock now only holds back what creates new work for you — submitting a check-in, submitting a form, requesting alternatives, and the course catalogue.
  • Supersets are now drawn the same way in the editor, during execution and in the client's view: a band with the group letter and the position (A1, A2) on the exercise row.
  • Each superset round gets its own rest period.
  • During a workout you can delete blocks from a cluster set, add blocks mid-session, and delete the whole cluster.
  • On a run, the metrics you configured on the exercise are no longer unreachable mid-workout behind the distance and duration card: they now get their own strip, collapsed by default, with the already-filled values readable on the row.
  • When you edit a workout or a plan assigned to several clients, you now explicitly choose between changing only this client's copy or the shared version, instead of guessing.
  • In the program PDF, each superset now names the group, the number of exercises and the sets, instead of repeating «Superset A» on every row.
  • Substitutions and alternative meals now come out in the diet plan PDF, and the quantity now spells out what it weighs: «1.03 units (62 g)» instead of «1.03 units».
  • The day's targets follow the meal option you are looking at — switching to Option 1 now moves the totals at the top.
  • You can create a substitution right after adding the food, without reloading the page, and switching meal option no longer asks for confirmation.
  • When you substitute an exercise mid-workout, we now suggest alternatives instead of leaving you to search from scratch.
  • The QR invite now shows how long it has left and generates a new one when it expires, opens full screen without the phone dimming mid-scan, sends straight through WhatsApp when the record has a phone number, and you see live when the client opens it.
  • The client list now tells apart who has an app account, who is only a record you keep, who has been invited and is waiting, and who is a demo, with a filter for each case. The profile stops offering «Invite» to someone you already invited, and shows when there is a request waiting for approval.
  • YouTube videos no longer hand the video address to whoever watches them. And when you add a video we tell you straight away if it cannot be played inside the app — embedding disabled, private or age-restricted — instead of the client finding out inside the player, in English.
  • Rebuilt brand customisation, with preview and an unsaved-changes warning.
  • When a request fails, each area of the page now shows its own state with a retry option, instead of taking the whole screen down; and there is a dedicated warning for when you lose connectivity.
  • The calendar now refreshes when you come back to the tab, so what changed elsewhere shows up without a page reload.
  • Emails now respect the list of addresses that already bounced, and a temporary send failure is retried automatically instead of being lost.
  • Colour, icon and cover can now be set on any file in Materials, not just on pages.
  • In notification settings you can now switch the reminder about clients who have gone weeks without an assessment on or off, and a notification that is active on your account but blocked on the phone you are holding now says so, instead of looking switched off.
  • Redesigned trainer dashboard and unified controls, sizes, colours and icons across the website. On accessibility: a skip-to-content shortcut, each page with its own tab title, and form fields named for screen readers.
Corrections de bugs22
  • Custom metrics in an assessment could be truncated on save.
  • The automatic body-fat calculation could overwrite the values coming from the scale. It is worth checking older assessments where you used both.
  • «Save and exit» when creating an assessment could create two.
  • On a run, the personal record counted «ran for longer» instead of the best pace, and total distance was not added up, so the session showed in the history as an empty workout.
  • The reusable invite link could stop working for no apparent reason.
  • Saving the public profile could wipe fields you were not editing, gallery images included.
  • Editing a course or a habit reset untouched fields back to their defaults.
  • In chat, a message close to the 10,000 character limit errored out, and emoji in a group name were counted twice, rejecting names that actually fit.
  • Course videos were being blocked and would not open, and a YouTube link pasted into a link block printed the address and opened the browser instead of playing.
  • Numbers and decimals now follow the app language across the platform, and the Portuguese and Spanish translations and accents were completed.
  • Dates appeared in a technical format in due-date notifications, and some euro amounts did not follow the language.
  • The same superset group showed in different colours on each side: group A was orange for you and blue for the client.
  • A client with no trainer attached saw «Could not load data» on a screen that, for them, had nothing to load.
  • A temporary failure opening an invite replaced the whole page with «invalid link», and the approval invite email did not spell out all three steps.
  • A client without an account who claimed their invite lost access to the courses you had already assigned them.
  • On a trainer's public profile, the other-trainers section vanished with no visible error at all.
  • Connecting Google Calendar reported «connection error» when the connection had actually worked.
  • The installed app icon got stuck on the first logo it loaded and did not follow a brand change.
  • Customising the anamnesis for one client also changed it for the others, and the clinical condition toggles were misaligned.
  • Inserting a saved section in the workout editor showed an error code instead of a readable message.
  • Several counts always read as plural — «1 lessons», «1 days» — and now agree with the number.
  • Lists now have a «Sort» button on phones: sorting lived only in the column headers, which do not appear on narrow screens.
v1.1.128 juillet 2026

July fixes and improvements

Améliorations4
  • Online food search is once again available through a permanent Online tab in the food library, the food picker and the nutrition-plan builder. Products also open in the same preview used by the rest of the library.
  • Meal alternatives are now presented as integrated tabs inside the meal itself, for both trainers and clients, including in calendar view.
  • The meal window in calendar view is larger and presents foods, macros and alternatives more clearly.
  • Call sounds are now much lighter, reducing loading time and mobile-data usage.
Corrections de bugs17
  • Fixed unexpected sign-outs that could remove an ongoing workout that had already been saved. The workout remains available to resume when returning to the app.
  • Fixed repeated requests for each exercise's history and personal records, which made workout execution unnecessarily slow, especially on mobile networks.
  • Fixed repeated background loading when navigating through the app or unlocking the phone.
  • Workout and nutrition editors now correctly move to the exercise, section or food that was just added or moved.
  • Dragging exercises, sections or foods from the side panels no longer selects the page text by accident.
  • Online food searches no longer stop at the first 100 results or leave the Online tab after refreshing the page.
  • Barcode searches in the Online tab now work correctly, and product details show the correct image and nutritional values instead of incomplete or zero values.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent online-payment activation after a previous failed attempt, as well as subscription and payment states that did not update correctly.
  • Course blocks can be saved while still incomplete as part of a draft. Publishing continues to identify what must be completed.
  • Course lessons now explain which required checklist items are missing, and course errors and labels are displayed in the selected language.
  • The notification count on the installed app icon no longer accumulates old or already viewed notifications.
  • Fixed sign-in being blocked when several people used the same shared network.
  • Fixed back navigation in Materials and course Analytics.
  • Meal alternatives containing the same foods are now identified correctly instead of appearing as indistinguishable options.
  • Overdue-payment emails now show the correct deadline.
  • Food and exercise side panels, as well as the nutrition calendar, no longer squeeze or cut off content on narrower screens.
  • Clicking a habit now opens it correctly, both in the habits list and on the client's profile.
v1.1.025 juillet 2026

Online payments, courses and deeper brand customisation

Nouveautés12
  • Online payments — your client settles a pending charge in the app by card, MB Way, Multibanco, PayPal, Klarna or Revolut Pay. You connect your Stripe account once and choose which methods to offer; the payment is confirmed automatically and the receipt stays attached to the charge.
  • Courses — build a course with sections and lessons, including video, files and checklists, publish it and follow each client's progress.
  • You can grant access to a course free of charge or sell it: a one-off price or a subscription on the cadence you set, from 1 to 12 months, with a presentation page (description, learning outcomes, preview video, category and level), a seat limit and a set access duration. What you earn appears under Payments, in a dedicated tab with a monthly summary, and is included in the revenue on the dashboard.
  • Custom tracking per exercise — you define which fields each exercise records, from 19 available: reps, weight, bodyweight, rest, tempo, RPE, RIR, RPM, duration, speed, cadence, distance, height, calories, rounds, power, heart rate, incline and resistance level.
  • Clients without an account — you can add a client who does not use the app and keep their file yourself. Later you can invite them to create an account, and the link is only made once you approve it. Invitations are sent by email, link or QR code, with an expiry you choose.
  • Brand customisation — beyond the logo and the colours, you now set the background your clients see: a colour or an image, with fit and transparency controls, and a live preview before you save.
  • Monthly habit history — a month calendar with each day's status, daily detail, per-habit performance and the current streak. Completion is now calculated against the goals that were due, not only the days that were logged, and you can correct previous days.
  • The nickname you assign to each client now appears across your whole area — chat, calendar, dashboard, payments, progress, assessments, nutrition, programs, habits, courses, tasks, materials and pickers. The client never sees it.
  • Food side panel in the plan builder, matching the exercise panel: search and drag foods or meal templates into the meal you want, at the exact position.
  • Materials — you can now share individual files with a client, not only whole folders, and move content freely. The page editor gained a cover and icon, callout blocks, a "/" command menu, templates, images, an outline and undo/redo.
  • Client personal data in one place — gender, date of birth, height and weight are now requested at signup and on invitations, and you can correct them on the client's file without creating an assessment. With them, the body-fat protocols (Jackson-Pollock, Navy) can be calculated and the TDEE calculator opens prefilled.
  • Scheduled messages reworked — yearly repeats, pause and resume, sending a file from Materials, and per-client delivery tracking: a single failure no longer affects the remaining sends.
Améliorations11
  • Duration range per set, matching the rep range: the client sees "20:00 – 21:00" and the timer counts down from the maximum value.
  • Nutrition — substitutions are now created and viewed inside the meal itself, the daily goals follow the page in a fixed bar, food images open at full size, and meal times are now optional.
  • Assessments — the client-profile tab was rebuilt with sorting, filters, multi-select, bulk delete and pagination; custom sections are ordered together with the built-in ones; and values from removed fields are visible again, marked as "Removed".
  • Group calls rebuilt on dedicated infrastructure, with better stability in larger groups and on low-bandwidth connections.
  • Workout, program, nutrition-plan and assessment PDFs are now generated in the app's language, with the translations corrected.
  • Dragging is smoother in the workout and nutrition editors, and the newly added item is highlighted the same way in both.
  • Calendar — days with many events open a window with the full list, and the "+N more" row is no longer cut off.
  • Payments page — you can now see the state of your money (on the way, available, and in transit to your bank account) and the methods your clients can actually use.
  • Recent activity on the dashboard now shows what your clients did — workout completed, payment received and new client — instead of your own actions.
  • The unsaved-changes warning was extended to more screens, the tag and event-type modals now follow the same pattern, and the help centre has new navigation.
  • Food library reviewed and expanded — over a thousand system foods, all with an image, with the missing items added and the nutrition values and portions corrected.
Corrections de bugs9
  • Correcting a rep in the history of a bodyweight workout set that session's volume to 0 kg, in the records and in the charts.
  • Tapping "Finish" twice logged the workout twice, duplicating volume, adherence and program progress.
  • Clients on restricted workouts saw the free-workout button and only received the error when saving, after completing the session.
  • The values of removed custom fields are kept when you edit an old assessment, and a re-saved anamnesis keeps showing the answers of fields deleted since.
  • Customising assessments or the anamnesis for a single client affected the remaining scopes.
  • "Remove range" on reps did not remove the range, and on duration the chosen time was not saved, the countdown stayed fixed at the maximum and the text overflowed the cell.
  • Cancelling a recurring charge left that plan's billing stopped instead of advancing it to the next period.
  • Payments — the "I've paid" button disappeared when opening the details of the very charge that showed it.
  • Importing exercises did not sync the equipment, leaving the old and the new value both visible.
v1.0.414 juillet 2026

Circuits, workout covers and revamped Materials

Nouveautés9
  • Circuits in three modes — Fixed rounds, AMRAP (as many rounds as you can in a time you set) and For Time (the rounds as fast as possible, against the clock) — and you can now build a circuit with a single round.
  • Undo and redo in the workout and nutrition editors — Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+Shift+Z or the arrows to step back without worry.
  • Faster workout editor — drag an exercise into a circuit or superset to add it to the group (or out to remove it), and delete it in a single click on desktop, with no menus or confirmations (undo is your safety net).
  • Saved sections in the workout editor — save a group of exercises as a reusable section and drop it into any workout from the new exercise side panel.
  • Workout covers — give each workout a colour, an icon or an image, and your client sees it in the app.
  • Multiple pieces of equipment per exercise when you create a personal exercise.
  • A general invite link — share one reusable link wherever you want, and each join request stays pending until you approve it.
  • Hide money values on the dashboard — amounts blur out and only reveal when you click (privacy on a shared screen).
  • Revamped Materials — one unified grid with two views, whole-folder uploads that keep their structure, and sending a file to chat without re-uploading it.
Améliorations6
  • Assessments: help tips on sections and fields, a customise mode with reorderable sections (now adjustable per client), and a re-assess filter.
  • Nutrition: redesigned meal card, history filters tucked into a single button, and past days stay editable.
  • Food substitutions: combine several macro filters at once (e.g. high protein and low fat) to narrow the suggestions.
  • Exercises: a formatting editor for descriptions (bold, lists) and a play badge on thumbnails that have a video.
  • Clearer unsaved-changes prompt and refreshed confirmation dialogs.
  • Today's birthdays get a fresh card with a shortcut straight to chat.
Corrections de bugs5
  • Manual charging: clients with two recurring plans due on the same day (e.g. coaching + nutrition) can be charged again.
  • Anamnesis: the Yes/No options now show their labels (they were blank).
  • More reliable calls with no audio crackle, even on tighter networks.
  • Duplicating workouts, programs, nutrition plans, forms and courses no longer drops fields along the way (covers, sections, settings).
  • Online food search now says when the external database (Open Food Facts) is down, instead of showing a false “no results”.
v1.0.35 juillet 2026

Circuits and a what's-new page

Nouveautés3
  • Circuits in workouts — group exercises into stations, with their own rounds and rests.
  • What's-new page — see all updates here.
  • Weekly-total habits.
Améliorations1
  • Visual polish on muscle tags, workout stats and the add-food window.
Corrections de bugs1
  • Fixes to cluster sets on mobile, workout previews and the presence indicator.
v1.0.24 juillet 2026

July Update

Nouveautés3
  • Cluster Sets — split a set into mini-blocks with a short rest in between (e.g. 4+4+4 with 15s). Set it up in the builder, your client logs it block by block during the workout, and everything is recorded in history, assessments and PDFs
  • Food swaps — clients can swap a food or a whole meal for equivalent alternatives: macro-matched suggestions, trainer-defined substitutions pinned first, and the reason behind each suggestion
  • Invisible status — appear offline to your clients when you want to work uninterrupted
Améliorations3
  • Richer assessments — blood pressure, custom fields, per-measure notes and re-assessment reminders
  • Cleaner client nutrition history — only shows days with meals marked as eaten, editable day by day
  • Workout PDFs now include a legend explaining the set-type letters (A, F, D, C)
Corrections de bugs3
  • Fixed the error when creating a second recurring payment plan for the same client
  • More reliable Google Calendar sync — edits, exceptions and automatic reconciliation

  • Fixed some email links that led to a missing page.
v1.0.019 juin 2026

Official Launch

Nouveautés15
  • Brand-new guided onboarding: step-by-step interactive tutorials walk you through every part of the app, including one that builds a complete workout for you automatically.
  • Automatically lock the app for clients who fall behind on payments: set a grace period you choose, and once a client is overdue their workouts, plans and the rest of the app lock until they pay — only chat, settings and payments stay open. Everything unlocks on its own the moment they pay.
  • A full tutorials hub for trainers, organized into chapters you can browse and replay any time, plus separate in-app tutorials and a first-login welcome tour for your clients.
  • Preview your app exactly as a client sees it, using safe demo data — so you always know what your clients experience.
  • New trainers now start with ready-made templates and a demo client, so your account never feels empty on day one.
  • Every client now has their own Materials tab: save workout, program, nutrition-plan and assessment PDFs straight to a client, organize files into folders, and attach any saved material right into a chat.
  • Materials got a full upgrade with PDF export, downloads, video previews, search, sorting, filtering, drag-to-upload, and bulk delete for files and whole folders.
  • Repeating calendar events with easy editing: change or delete just this one, this and all future ones, or the whole series. You can also copy any workout or meal to the same day in one tap and drag to reorder items within a day.
  • Exercises now show a swipeable photo and video gallery, and the editor lets you add multiple images and clips.
  • Workout sections and supersets now show clearly grouped, kept in your saved sessions and carried through to your PDFs. You can also add loose exercises outside any section.
  • A new Help Center in your language, with searchable articles.
  • Sign-up now asks for your first and last name, and your referral code is kept and filled in even when you sign up with Google.
  • Deeper nutrition planning: richer client history, drag meals across days of the week, multi-select, automatic repeating plans, and editing individual foods inside a meal template while keeping every nutrient.
  • A founders and beta-supporters wall to thank the people who backed us early.
  • UTAD students can get free months on the Basic plan using their school email.
Améliorations1
  • We're officially out of beta — MyFitnessClient is now version 1.0.
Corrections de bugs16
  • We strengthened security across the app to keep your account, your payments and your clients' data safe.
  • Fixed dozens of smaller bugs across the app, including crashes on a few pages.
  • A wave of calendar fixes: events no longer disappear, repeating and all-day events show up immediately, the last day of the month no longer goes missing in summer, completed checkmarks only show for workouts you actually did, and tapping an event opens its details.
  • Leaving the workout create page now reliably takes you back without losing your draft, and the Start button on Today's Workout actually starts the workout now.
  • Nutrition fixes: copying a food keeps its details, manually entered foods calculate their macros correctly, and meals you add to a day keep the right meal time without forcing you to set a clock time.
  • When your session truly expires you're now smoothly logged out instead of landing on a broken dashboard, and active sessions show the real device, location and times.
  • Google sign-in no longer fails over the profile picture, and two-factor authentication now works on Google-only accounts.
  • Calls now play a real ringing tone, noise suppression works, the camera shows correctly when turned on mid-call, and both people can minimize the call window again.
  • The mobile chat message menu now opens reliably on iPhone, and messages missed during a connection drop arrive once you reconnect.
  • The security check now appears reliably on phones where it previously failed to load.
  • Your chosen language now sticks after you navigate back, and changing the language from settings works correctly.
  • Habit reminders now arrive reliably once a day without duplicates, and the Push notifications switch now fully turns push notifications on or off.
  • Reordering or moving items within a program now works instead of erroring out, and weights keep their decimal values when copying.
  • Progress and other list filters now apply across all your entries, so counts and pages reflect all your items, not just the ones on screen.
  • Forms, tables and charts now display correctly in both light and dark mode, and tapping a form field no longer triggers an unwanted zoom on iPhone Safari.
  • Clients without an assigned trainer no longer see check-in and weight cards they can't use.
v0.2.3-beta31 mai 2026

May Fixes

Corrections de bugs4
  • In workout logging, the weight field now accepts both a comma and a dot (e.g. 22,5 or 22.5).
  • When editing a progress entry (check-in), you can now change the date — it used to be locked.
  • In chat, dragging several files (images and videos) at once now adds them all — previously only the last one was kept.
  • Fixed the notifications counter that could show an inflated number on mobile; it now re-syncs with the real value when you reopen the app.
